Great area to supercharge. Located at the southern part behind the cinema of The Veranda. This particular station has plenty of decent fast food places and restaurants to kill time while waiting. Clean piblic restrooms are a must with every station and they have it. My wife and I bookmarked this Concord supercharging stop on our future trips to the Bay Area. read more

I've never seen it more than half full so far. Great location, restrooms close to chargers, and a nice shopping area to walk around in if you want. As of now, the price is half from 7PM - 10AM (24 cents/KW). This is actually cheaper than I pay at my home nearby. But at 48 cents from 10AM to 7PM, it's about 10 cents more than my current price. read more

There are actually two separate Tesla supercharging stations located pretty much back to back. One set is in the back corner of the Veranda parking lot, the other is in the next parking lot behind Benihana's. These are both great spots and I've never had a problem finding a charger between these two stations, though the one behind Benihana seems to get more crowded. I've found these to have a higher output than the ones in the Veranda parking lot, which may explain why it gets more crowded. In both cases, these are great spots to charge your Tesla. Very close to the freeway (you can see them from the freeway), even closer to shopping and eateries, so there's plenty to keep you busy while you charge up. read more

I have been or this super charge a dozen times. This last Friday the 13th, I know, none of the chargers I plugged into worked. Many people were there saying the same thing. I happened to be in the area again yesterday and same thing, most of the chargers are not working. Really Tesla? Come on now, I had half a charge left but on Friday only had 60 miles left. 19 supercharger stalls at this location. Nice play area if you have your kids with you. Gap brand stores are all represented at this shopping center--Old Navy, Gap Outlet and Banana Republic Factory. Also has a Whole Foods if you want a healthy snack/meal. It had 14 free stalls on a late Monday afternoon. read more

My first time here, it was hard to find. The stations are in the back where operations happen that are supposed to be hidden from the plaza customers. They have signs throughout the plaza parking lot directing you were to go but I didn't notice them at first because they weren't Tesla themed, with the red Tesla logo. Okay, now that I'm familiar where it is, finding it won't be a problem anymore. The problem I have is the parking spaces being very narrow compared to all the charging stations I've been to. It was pretty difficult to back in. You have to get it perfect if there are cars next to you. It's in a great location with many places to walk around, shop, and eat. It doesn't look like it ever gets to capacity either like other charging stations, so that's a big plus since I hate waiting to charge. Keep up the great work Tesla. read more

They are around the back of the mall and the Sat Nav does not direct you there. Once you enter the mall parking lot they had plenty of signs directing you around the back though. The mall has plenty to do if you want to kill some time as well as a nice climbing structure for kids out front which kept my kids entertained for 30 minutes if they need to blow off some steam. read more

Like 3 or 4 of the 12 stations actually work all the rest are broken! It's very confusing trying to find the chargers and then to pull into one only to find it doesn't work and a lot of them have black tape around them meaning they don't work but even some that don't have the tape don't work either! Yes the charging station are located in the back... but seriously, where else are you going to get 19 dedicated spaces? That some jerk in a non electric vehicle won't take. And the parking is not more that 15 yards from the food/shopping. I like the Veranda it is a great place to eat and hang out with friends or family. There is lots of options for food and drink there. A cool play area for the kids too! Also they have a coffee house concierge service, that will bring you coffee and treats- if you don't want to walk around. Just call them and bingo here it comes. Which is very nice! The spaces are slim, but no different than the rest of the parking for the gen pop. So my guess is that the Tesla Supercharging Station was a addition to this location after the developer/s had finished the paving and such. If the spaces were larger.... there wouldn't be as many charging stations either. I can live with not waiting in line... And parking with consideration for my neighbors. We have visited this location about 10 times now and have never had a problem charging right away or someone parking weird so that we could not park/ charge. I hope that Tesla owners are a bit more respectful of each other to not do that. Highlights : Clean, lots of stations, slim parking stalls (not tiny), very close to good food, Coffee concierge, play area for kids, movie theater, decent shopping to choose from, and about 1/4 mile off the freeway! read more

Chargers can be at times dodgy but as long as your check the Tesla Charger in the car you can check if any chargers are available and working. Lots of places to eat. read more

This is our usual charge spot when we are out and our car gets hungry. We've been here at least 5 times on the weekend, and there has always been an open charger. There are a lot of restaurants around to grab a quick bite while your car charges, but most of them are unfortunately gross. We usually grab a tea + cookie and chill at Panera. read more

Long overdue location as I've had my Tesla over 4 years with no reasonably close options. More are needed in the area but it's a start! These seem to have a good current. I arrived at 3 pm on a Sunday and it was pretty busy but I was still able to plug in right away. When I left at 3:30 or so, there was a line of cars waiting for open chargers. read more
