I figured I needed to update this review…read more... They have done a complete overhaul of this station and now my old review no longer applies. This location has been updated with new Superchargers that all run faster, are cleaner, and there are twice as many as there were before. It is now up to standard of all other local Tesla Supercharger locations. It charges at blistering rates and the new hardware is great!! One note... as of 3-20-24 this station showed as "offline" on my cars map. I am not sure why. It was working. '24 - 23/100

Only 4 stars due to unavailable restrooms after business hours…read more This location only has 8 stations. A little grassy area behind it could allow small dogs to exercise a bit. There's no shade. One plus is the number of nice restaurants within reasonable walking distance. A Taco Bell is about 250' away. I feel really safe charging here.

Super convenient location right off I-40 between Memphis and Nashville…read more I stop here pretty regularly and have never had an issue finding a charger. Gas cars do however take up some spots every time I am here. There are so many charge spots now though, it doesn't matter if a select few petroleum dependent mouth breathers take some charge spots. It is much better here now that they have upgraded the power here and added twice the amount of Supercharging stations they originally had. I see why others were less than impressed in the past. They all now run at 250kw now if you are low enough. In fact, the last time I charged here I overshot what I was trying to get "energy wise" by about 30% just by browsing inside the BSOCS. They have ample restrooms inside the Brooke Shaw Old Country store. Couple that with an abundance of tourist type shopping inside as well and you can get almost everything you might need. You can get T-shirts, snacks, Ouija boards, games, frozen meals, boxed meals, beef jerky, sodas/desserts from their old style fountain counter, breakfast, lunch, and dinner all while juicing up! Heads up.... No pain meds though. It's like if Cracker Barrel's had a charge station, yo... '25 - 3/111

Driving into the SC is always congested and slow moving. One time there was a small fair in front so I guess that is cool. I didn't ride any rides though. I didn't trust those dang Carnies man. The charge is so slow! It says it runs at 150kW but I have never seen it run above 100kW. It's currently $.32/kWh with a congestion fee of $.50 a minute above 80% charge, which is dumb, I get I guess. There are only 8 stalls. The back side of a mall is not a very pleasant place to spend a half hour charging, although the long wait time at a 150 kW charger gives you plenty of time to hike over to the restroom at Barnes & Noble. Nothing is open after business hours, but there's plenty of strong lighting. There's an IHOP a short drive west which might be open late hours. I'm pretty sure I wouldn't want to visit this location during the heat of the summer. To stay comfortable, drivers would be forced to stay inside their cars and run their A/C. Anyone with passengers would be well advised to drop them off at a restaurant or store and return to pick them up after charging.
