After waiting for five months , I was informed that they would be refunding my pre-payment due to issues with obtaining the necessary permits from my association. Despite my repeated attempts to offer assistance with the permit process, their responses were slow, and there seemed to be a distinct lack of ownership over the project from their side. Throughout this process, I encountered multiple excuses regarding permit challenges, but it felt as though they were merely delaying rather than actively working toward a solution. When I finally proposed to handle the permits myself, the situation changed abruptly, and I was told they no longer had an electrician available in my area to complete the installation. Though they have refunded my payment and provided the electrical documentation, the experience has left me feeling frustrated and upset. I've lost five months of my time and now have to start over with another contractor to begin the permitting process anew. I cannot recommend Car Charging pros based on my experience. The lack of communication and project ownership was disappointing.

Then told me I needed to call to see if they would approve it, but then he wouldn't wait for us to call and get that approval. We finally got a hold of Allstate Roadside Assistance, who he said dispatched him, and they approved it, then he wouldn't come back to do the job. He claimed he couldn't open it because it was a commercial truck, but it's just a Econoline 250, not a semi, and it was approved. He left us here all night.

I had no ride...so he very kindly said he'd help me into his truck, which was pretty high off the ground. I said no and called Uber. A few years ago I called a Towing Co. and all was good until I went to get out of the tow truck at the dealership....stairs on truck were even ...no place to put a foot to step out. I held onto the door handle and thought I could do it. I slipped, was hanging from door handle...this slip broke my arm. No help was offered. I opened my hood and he couldn't locate the battery…read more After I showed him where the battery was he hooked up the battery pack to charge my battery but was nervous because the battery wasn't marked for polarity. He told me start the car. I tried to start it and as I pushed the buttons he told me to wait as he wasn't sure it was connected correctly. But it was too late! I had already done as instructed and now my car was \giving an error and would not turn on. I would later find from the dealership and a tow later that this tech had reversed jumped my car and blown 3 fuses costing $500 which should have just been a quick jump! They take no accountability 0 stars do not use this untrained unprofessional staff!
