Today was a busy day for these guys as they had 2 people call in sick. The lines were backing up, but they were actively doing everything they could to get people taken care of and provide personal attention to each customer. They even brought up an additional staff from the back to open another register to clear the backup. Jarod was exceptionally helpful in testing my alternator and charging system. He shared his knowledge and advise. I was very thankful that he provided a referral to Lucas Auto and Towing to help replace my ailing alternator. Don't know if this is even the right autozone , because it didn't say an address. But me and my wife came in and one of your employees james was not very nice not only to my wife treating her as though she was stupid and didn't know anything But also was very ignorant to his employees and to other customers. The way he talks to them is ridiculous. This did not happen today. This happened a couple of weeks ago.\nI thought about not even leaving a review and my wife & me were even thinking, oh, it's no harm, but Then we thought you know autozone needs to know about this. This happened on the 3500 s & 3200 w store in wvc. Ut so whoever the district managers are , and whoever corporate is, I would like them to know how lazy their employee is, and how rude and ignorant, he is because this is not only happened one time this has happened several times when we have gone in there and when I myself have gone in there to pick up several parts for my truck and car And when i've gone in there with buddies. This guy has Brown hair is short and kind of round. I don't know if he is a regular employee or if he is a manager or what but should not be talking to anybody like the way that he has ever or my wife , like the way he did. My wife trying to explain to him the type of engine we had\n And trying to tell him that we just bought an alternator and we didn't need one as he was insistent on it and then me having to step in and say something was ridiculous. He's lucky.I only said something instead of more. Like, I said, this is happened more than one.In fact , it's happened more than probably four or five times. Corporate needs to fix this. Corporate needs to come down, and they probably need to sit with every single employee, they probably need to ask everybody and honestly, they should probably ask every customer that comes in. Need some part for your car? This place probably would have it. Know your car needs something but you don't know what's the right one? Well just ask anyone that is working there. They will definitely be able to point you in the right direction. I came here for a simple part. My light bulb for my low beam. I wasn't sure so I waited for someone to help me. There wasn't a clear "line" to wait in. I waited behind a group of people, so we formed a line...after I turned there was another line forming. I went to get the part that the person told me to, and while walking back to the guy with what I wanted someone in the other line yelled at me saying "the lines back there". I just ignored him and went to pay for my stuff. When it was finally my turn the guy who helped me was super helpful...but wasn't friendly at all. I think he was having a really bad day. I got my light bulb and left. I wasn't super impressed, but I did get my stuff so it's alright. read more

Came here for a return. Spoke to the manager Austin. He literally took one look at the car part I wanted to refund but denied a refund because it looked used. It's a freaking car part!!!!! He was not helpful at all and told me to go back to the original autozone I purchased it from. I had the receipt. He said he has the right to deny me. So frustrating. Why do people suck. read more

Amazing. During this pandemic I have never seen a group of people work harder. They know their stuff too, which is a big bonus. Yes the line is long and only 10 in the store at a time but they are working as fast and efficient as I have ever seen! Avoid this AutoZone like the plague. All the other autozones in my area are always nice and helpful. This store is NOT. EVERY TIME i have been there it is like the employees thrive on being rude. Have never had a pleasant experience at this store, and after the abysmally bad customer service I received today, I am considering just not giving any Autozone my money every again. Visit the down town store or the West Valley store on redwood, or go to any of the competitors in the area, but dont visit this store unless you like being treated horribly. read more

On my way home from work at night time yesterday (2/13/19) my windshield wiper on my driver side snapped on I-15 going from downtown to midvale. I panicked but found this auto zone on state street and pulled right in. Sam greeted me and helped me immediately. When he went to change my wipers (again in the rain and it was super windy) realized the bold was lose on the wiper. He had me pop my hood and tighten it right up and then proceeded to change out my wipers. He was a amazing and so helpful and I really appreciated it. He deserves all the accommodation for helping me out when I was so out of my element. Thanks Sam!! read more

I waited in line for about 10 minutes before I got fed up watching the counter help act in a manner less than timely. I know very little about their corporate model but I find it sloppy and tactless that in 10 minutes only 5 customers were helped between 3 cashiers. I ended up walking out and bought what I needed from the O'rylie on 45th quickly and efficiently even though the staff was brand new. It is not fair to say that this autozone is terrible but as a first time customer, I feel no need to return unless they work on expediting the process. Additionally, when a person cut straight ahead of me and the others in line and walked up to the cashier, the cashier didn't care even though I clearly told that other customer that there is a line of customers waiting to pay, this was well within ear shot of the cashier but may have been ignored as the guy walking up to the counter seemed difficult to deal with in his own right. read more

These employees don't know what they're doing.. I called them yesterday to see if they could program key fobs. They said "Yeah, bring them in we can do that." Came in first thing this morning and they said "We can't program Fobs, you have to go to a dealership." Train your employees so they aren't giving Vinz out incorrect information! read more

Ok selection, but this place likes to build lines. Partly this is because of staffing, partly because a lot of the staff seems to have little to no interest in getting things moving. It's a smallish store on top of all of that, so unless you really like being jam-packed into a queue, if you can avoid going here, I'd recommend doing so. Don't bother with these guys. I was offered the most expensive solution several times. One of the guys was an idiot. He sold me the wrong PVC valve and refused to believe me when I took it back. I got him to come out and look and he said "are you sure that is the PVC valve". The puter told it was the right one and he refused to think it is wrong. read more

Lack of service, zero respect for the customers time and the attitude of all three staff members I encountered during my visit to this location provided a less than satisfactory AutoZone experience. Sad, sale went to Napa, and if I am in the area again and need an auto part it will be Napa again.
