When I called down to the lobby to ask about by room, after being on hold, I was informed that rooms are not made everyday and this should have been explained to me when I checked in. Note the person who said this to me on the phone, was the one who checked me in. Lastly I didn't appreciate waking up to the smell of food in my room. I do not care to smell like bacon grease all day. Nor do I care for my clothes in my suitcase to smell like grease. The hotel needs a better ventilation system that does not go through guest rooms. Note I was on the third floor-the top floor. Based on my experience, I would not stay here again for the price. Flagstaff offers a lot of options for hotels within the Marriott and Hilton chain.
