I set up an appointment to address the issue where three out of my four speakers weren't working. I thought the problem was either a burned-out head unit, a blown fuse, or possibly some cheap speakers. I wasn't sure, but I trusted the experts at Sounds Good to get it figured out. I met Tim, who immediately diagnosed the issue as a faulty head unit and suggested I buy a $1300 Sony unit. Now, I'm not an audio expert--just like when I go to a doctor or a mechanic, I rely on their expertise. Sounds Good brags about working on high-end cars like Mercedes, Rolls Royce, Porsche and Pantera, so I figured I was in good hands. Their reputation made me feel confident that I would get quality service. So, I paid the $1300 for the new head unit and expected to have the speakers fixed as part of the deal. That was my first mistake: paying without confirming that everything I asked for had been completed. When I got into my truck after the install, the new stereo sounded great--but guess what? The speakers were still dead! How does that happen when you're installing a new head unit? Did anyone even bother to test the speakers? Clearly not. When I asked about the speakers, I was told I would get a "great deal" on them, and that I'd be contacted to schedule the work. Well, here we are--no call, no deal, no speakers. Just a $1300 stereo with half the system still broken. To make matters worse, when I inspected the truck the next day, I noticed that the instrument panel where they installed the head unit was broken in two places. This truck had been in pristine condition--it belonged to my mother and was well taken care of. Now, I'm looking at spending another $1200 to replace the instrument panel that they broke. And let's be real--they're not going to own up to it. I've only lived in Arizona for a year, and I'm proud to be from Oklahoma, where my dad taught me that a man's word is gold. But after dealing with Sounds Good, it's clear they don't live by that standard. They didn't fix the problem they were supposed to, and they caused more damage in the process. I will never go back, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the time and money--look elsewhere for your audio needs. Sounds Good has definitely shown me they don't keep their word or stand behind their work. My guess from reading the other reviews is that if you have thousands and thousands of dollars to spend on a project, they'll treat you a lot better. The story is my wife and I were in Sedona this past December, had an issue with our vehicle and took it to Flagstaff to get it checked out. We were told that it was essentially shot and scrambled for options to get it fixed. We called about a dozen places and of them all Flagstaff Auto Repair hands down had the best price, time frame for fixing our vehicle, and overall service. We got our ride fixed and were on our way without missing a beat - Alex and Flagstaff Auto Repair were a life saver. But there's more. Fast forward to February and the issue comes back. We're hundreds of miles from Flag and getting warranty coverage through the local dealer wasn't an option. I don't know what's going to happen, we couldn't afford to repair or replace the vehicle. Then, while I'm at work, I get a call from Alex with a solution: he comes, gets the vehicle, takes it to Flag, gets it fixed, and brings it back - Within a week. And he made good on that. So, I'm sitting here with my ride in the carport doing better than it has in months. In addition, they scheduled us for 0800, the following morning. We arrived at 0800 and were greeted by the day manager who immediately got our trailer tires replaced. Thanks to Discount Tire for allowing us to resume our trip. They had us back on the road in 45 minutes with peace of mind. We highly recommend Discount Tire!

I'll never know though because they didn't contact me to explain or offer another option despite having my info from the order. Doesn't seem like a great way to do business. Fortunately we live in a consumer society where batteries+ doesn't have a monopoly on EnerSys or East Penn batteries and you can get them nearly anywhere so with one click I ordered an Odyssey battery online from my favorite auto supply chain. Shipped to my doorstep tomorrow free. Easy. Exact same specs, same manufacturer, same price, most likely the same battery, just branded and packaged differently. Tomorrow I'll have a new EnerSys AGM battery instead of an email saying my order was declined and I can decline to spend my money at store 103 in the future. It's great to have options.

It was new when I bought it from the carrier and never been worked on before. So now I have to go to the valley and visit an apple shop to get it fixed.
