I had to leave without any charge once and now on a Saturday with only two other chargers in use, my charging speed is not so super. This is not my favorite Supercharger location, but I'm sure Elon and co. will do what they do and get it figured out. With that said, this location is convenient enough and there always chargers available, so there's that. And with all of the stores and restaurants a short walk from these chargers, no one should really complain. ****FOUR STARS****

They were able to schedule me for the very next morning, arrived right on time, and completed the job in about 10 minutes. The final price was exactly what was quoted. No surprises. I also appreciated that the electrician (Eric took the time to explain why the issue happened and recommended a whole-house surge protector to help protect my new refrigerator and other appliances. He went straight to the pit like he knew him already with a "HEYYYYY!" Made my little so happy he was wagging his whole body. Haha! The husky sat and ate grass next to him while he worked on the electrical setup out back. He figured it out and even showed me the issue. No BS. Efficient. Dog-friendly, and a really cool dude. Worth the service fee just to verify what it was to ease my mind. We had an idea, but he solidified it 100% with no guesswork involved - after I threw a ton if new parts on the issue already. Hahaha! I should've called Simple Electric FIRST and saved myself a ton of time, money, pulling my pump apart, researching videos and driving all over town to buy crap to fix it.
