They ALWAYS claim that the rotors are not able to be cut because it's too much labor them.. Younger boy has to ask his manager who's leaning on the counter if he's willing to cut the rotors same day or not but in the beginning weren't cuttable, I started having second thought about oreilly in general til I tried BELL & DYSART & they never denied a single rotor (I have the width tool I wouldn't take it if it's been cut already )

Ends up it wasn't worth repairing and so I opted to purchase 2 new tires. I was here around 9am and left once I was picked up around 10:30am. To have the same tires that are currently on my SUV, they had to get tires delivered from a different store. Once the tires were delivered, it would drop me to the bottom of the queue. Cool, I wouldn't be here anyhow. I later received a call stating they could do a free alignment. I said sure, why not. I'm getting 2 new tires, that would be a good idea. I received an update call and later a text advising my SUV is ready for pickup. I arrive at the store and my SUV is still sitting in the bay being worked on. I get to the desk and the person I am speaking with can't find my keys. I advised him it's still in the bay. He later comes back to me and advises me that the person working on my SUV is away at lunch. I am now confused as to why I received a text stating my vehicle is ready. So I am given the option to wait or have my SUV retrieved. I stated I was called about an alignment being done so I'd like to receive that free service as accepted an hour and a half ago. The guy working on my SUV returns and long story short states there's work that needs to be done on the assignment that would cost $89. I pretty much said get my SUV and I'll address it another time. The communication in this store is pretty much horrible. I watched other customers while waiting for my SUV to be brought out with confused looks on their faces at the information they were being told. I will probably never return to this location. A lot of things HAVE TO improve smh.
