Purchased a optimal red battery at Napa on 75th Avenue and Indian School (store closed no longer there) battery went bad so I took it to the nearest Napa on 6020 w Myrtle in Glendale az.I talked to Tom, he told me he could not do nothing without the original receipt. I thought they could look it up by my phone number or the date on the battery. He couldn't do nothing for me. I ended calling another Napa store in 9786 w Peoria Az talked to a manager named Austin, he was so friendly and returned the battery with no problem. So No THANKS to Tom in Glendale az. read more

Have shopped at this store for as long as I can remember, at least 30+ years. Always a good a experience. My latest purchase was online with pickup. The website had a 20% off coupon, which was $40 off a $200 purchase. The order was ready within 15min of purchasing. Went and picked it up within a few minutes and it was sitting on the counter and ready to go. Overall experience, very good and hassle free shopping. read more

Many years ago I used to buy all my repair parts here and somewhere along the way I switched because it was a mile out of my way. What I forgot was this store was better stocked including the employees. No auto parts stores will have everything but I am back to starting here. read more

This is the worst auto parts store! Any time I call I'm being put on hold for at least 5 minute or more, EVERY TIME! When I go there in person, I wait to be serviced for that long as well. Some of the counter sell personal are not very knowledgeable. read more

I consistently have issues with this NAPA. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time at this store. Place an online order and they get canceled, even though the parts are in stock. Website says parts are in stock at that location. Place the order. The order gets canceled. Call to find out why. The manager keeps telling me the items are not in stock, anywhere in the country. She can order them for me but I would have to pay more. I go to another NAPA and buy the exact products that the manager at the Myrtle store told me were unavailable. Over and over. Wasting my time. This used to be a nice store and I was happy to shop here. From a customer's perspective, the new management has brought the store nothing but problems. Why put up with weird, angry, slow staff when you can just go to the NAPA on Buckeye? I'll take the hint and shop at the other NAPA locations. I just want to fix my car, not fight the store manager. read more

I had the best experience with the counter people. Needed a hose for my husband's 95 Jeep Wrangler and I had no clue what size. They helped me without any hesitation. Louie the manager came to the rescue with a little finesse and expertise and came up with the best solution to have the Jeep pass emissions. Couldn't have done it without them. A big thank you. They went over and beyond customer service. My husband was so proud of me and very surprised. We will be getting our auto parts there in the future. read more

Do NOT use this store if you want your stuff same day like they promise. I order brake pads at 1:30pm and went to pick them up at 6:00pm after talking to someone who worked there and said they sent a driver to go pick them up. When I arrived at 6 no one had any idea about a order for brake pads. Poor communication between staff. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. read more

Came into here cause my battery is from here robert help me out very good customer service he got me the right battery I ask him is he could change it for me he said yes he could. Then one of his co worker ken said we got tools so u can it it yourself. With a smirk ok his face. Robert ask if I would still like from him to do it I said yes please. Then ken walk away and said "i don't know why people can't just change their our battery." I heard him loud and clear I looked at him and smiled and I said have a good day. I walk out. I still got the battery and robert hep me out. But because of ken that's why I'm only giving them 2 stars because of his way of tearing me. I don't think I will be coming here again read more

Read previous reviews. WRONG. Cool store. Modern fixture. Mega mega inventory. They supply the big boys with many parts. The counter folks are super smart. They have a lot of experience . The park next door is very cool. Historic gas station. They have some cool old truck too. These people are helpful nice and they got the goods. read more

I've been going to this Napa the last 8 years. There's closer auto parts store but I like Napa. Seems like I'm always buying wiper blade. I ask the cashier if he'd put them on and he does. I bought a steering wheel cover last month and didn't ask them to put it on for me. Today I was trying to put it on and it ripped. I took it back and Thank God I got the same person; Ken. I exchanged it for another and I asked him if he'd put it on for me. The sales rep; Randy came out and joined us. We got it on and I'm happy. I like to shop at stores who will take time and help their customers. Thank you, Ken and Randy for a job well done. read more

Just left this place. I don't know what the last Jack wagon who wrote a review was talking about, but just had a pleasurable experience here. Nice guys. Store was clean. They don't check codes and they don't turn rotors I guess as I thought they used to do I overheard a conversation but... Other then a few things like that it wasn't like the store was in disarray or they were not attentive and helpful. And they have some parts that other auto stores in the area just don't carry. Now I don't know if the staff during the week are a couple of yahoos or something but the guys today... Nice guys, and a lot of help. And that's good becouse I'm restoring two vehicles right now and have 4 motorcycles that I need parts and other things for. Thanks for your help! read more

"Reserved" some items to p/u and receive a 10% discount during their special offer. Had to wait 10-15 minutes while the associate sauntered off to pull the items from stock anyway and never rec'd the advertised discount. Emailed the company with my complaint and never heard back. (All emails are supposedly answered within 48 hours.) Won't be doing business with Napa again. read more
