Get this!!!!! I called about replacing a headlight bulb. They stated on the phone that if I came in by 5:30, they would just replace it for me....FOR FREE!!!! I hustled to get there after work and showed up at 5:15, I was out by 5:19...light fixed, AT NO COST. I have never been here, they don't know me at all. They truly just did this out of kindness. I shook their hands and walked out the door. Bryan and Adam blew my mind with their willingness and follow through to help a complete stranger. I had no idea businesses like this still existed. Usually never leave reviews for places I go but I had to this one time. I've had so many issues with my car and always used to take it to a dealership. Always was overpriced but I could trust the work being done. Recently ran into another issue and couldn't get it done at my usual spot so I looked around and found this place. Took it here and was in and out in no time. Plus it was way cheaper than I usually pay and the work was done perfectly. Highly recommend them if you have a foreign car. Let me preface this 5-star review with the clarification that I have only been here once. However, this one experience will certainly bring me back. My starter went out. Or so a well-meaning, but unqualified, friend informed me. Wanting to have my aging import looked over by someone with a little more finesse than my local Midas for this issue, I contacted these guys. So after a reasonably-priced tow, as recommended by the friendly staff, my vehicle was evaluated for free. Turns out, my battery was bad (which was my initial gut feeling, but I'm just a girl). So not only was I charged for just the labor for installing a new battery - which was on sale (information I was independently given), a coupon that I had no idea existed was also applied to my bill. The total was half of what was anticipated, and the entire process was so smooth, I was able to handle everything over the phone and have my care back on the same day. read more

I called in to get a general quote on some work for my vehicle, was told I would get a call right back. Never received a call back. I guess this is the norm now so auto places can arbitrarily charge you what they want making it difficult to shop around for a good price on a repair. One of the younger mechanics lied to myself and the manager. The manager believed the mechanic over me, even though I have proof that he lied. It was over something minor so it's not a huge deal. But if they're willing to lie over something minor then it could happen over something major which could cost hundreds or thousands of dollars.... read more

We recently moved to Littleton and I was in search of a new mechanic for my VW cc. So happy I found Josh and Ken Caryl Imports. My engine light came on and I was able to schedule a time for the next day to bring it in. New intake manifold and water pump installed that day and for a surprisingly reasonable price. They also helped quickly diagnose a sensor issue a couple weeks later as well, which they could have easily raked me over the coals for a new oil pump, but didn't. If you're looking for an honest, reasonable and fast mechanic for a VW or any German car, this place is great. read more

12/4/14 service date of the 4th time having issues with the radiator. On this 4th time we were told in a uncustomer focused way that: we tried to burn down their shop when they found a cig butt in with the keys in the key drop. When asked if it had burned the envelope he said yes but did not show it to us when asked to do so. I reminded him that we have spent thousands with them......he then said that we have not brought in our other cars for 2 years. Guess that it doesn't matter to them. Anyway I would presume that the owner operator WOULD treat the customers with respect. When we left and were at the car he yelled "I hope you feel better now". REALLY????? He was disrespectiful, not listening, interrupting and just plain angry with us so talked down to us and acted as though we are the bad guys. No more will they get our business................very sad experience! He needs lessons in customer service!!!!!!!!!!! read more
