(Hubby has a hard time when it comes to parallel parking. Being from the Bay Area, that's a way of life for us!) Checked out the following stores: Lush, the Lego store, Macy's, Dillard's, Nordstrom Rack, & Rack Room Shoes. It is a walking-centered shopping center, but some drivers are not letting peds walk in the designated crosswalks. Shame. (In Cali, if you don't give right of way to the peds, you get a ticket!) The shade is nice. So it wasn't so bad. We definitely got a lot of steps in. We also walked to the water feature, that we remember our son being obssessed with, when he was a wee one.

The information booth is well positioned and generally helpful, although I was surprised they couldn't direct me to something as simple as a fresh green drink. I later found what I was looking for at True Food Kitchen, which seems like a fairly obvious recommendation in a center like this. My one real issue is the sheer size of the property. It's expansive... more of a campus than a traditional shopping center. What starts off as a pleasant stroll can quickly turn into a long trek, especially if you're not prepared. Comfortable shoes are not optional here. By the end of it, I found myself more tired than I expected. It's a beautiful place, but the scale can work against you if you're trying to cover a lot of ground in one visit.

We made appointments at the spa for body treatments and massages and the service was amazing. I had surgery shortly before this trip and the massage therapist made adjustments I needed without a problem. I also liked that the spa automatically added a 20% gratuity to services so I didn't have to think about that. I would highly recommend this hotel/resort if you are looking for a Vegas experience that is a little more low key, but still allows you to have the gambling, dining and shopping experience.

She said yes and told us she'd be with us shortly. Another 15 minutes passed... and nothing. When she finally came by, she seemed rushed, asked if we were ready to order, and there was zero introduction, no friendliness, no menu suggestions, nothing that made us feel welcomed. I actually had to get her name off the check because that was somehow the one thing she managed to come back quickly for multiple times. The service here is honestly terrible. I work in the industry myself, so I understand busy days and hard work, but this wasn't that. I watched guests literally chasing down servers all day. The staff here acts like customers are inconveniencing them by wanting service. No personality, no attentiveness, no effort to create an enjoyable experience. It's confusing because good pool service is exactly how you make money in this industry. At this point, I think I'll spend my money at another pool in Vegas where guests actually feel welcomed.

The service was friendly and efficient, and our food arrived quickly, which was appreciated. However, the quality and flavor of the food seemed to have declined from what we remembered in the past. While fast service is always a plus, we'd much rather wait a little longer for food that is more flavorful and memorable. Through Audi, we get 200 kWh of free charging over two years. I pulled in at about 7:30pm and 4 spots were available. I figured out how to plug in and begin charging using my free charge credits. Went from 40% to 80 in about 20 minutes and then from 80-100 in another 20 minutes. Happy with my first visit and saw a variety of vehicles charging here. 8 total chargers with Hyper-fast up to 350kWh, based on your vehicle specifications. Overall, a good experience and would come back here. You can also look online to see if there are chargers available. Note they do charge for idle time so make sure you are aware of your charging time.
