Mike and Mark at Batteriesinaflash.com were great! We needed 16 Trojan deep-cycle 6 volt batteries to replace the failing ones in our off-grid solar power system. They had lasted 9 years, so we wanted to go with Trojan again. BIAF had the lowest price we could find, plus they took nearly $300 off our order because we sent payment via bank wire. We sent the bank wire on Tuesday afternoon, and the batteries arrived at my works loading dock Friday morning. (shipped from Atlanta to Dallas). This has to be the worst customer experience I've ever had. I placed an order on October 11. Got an email saying the order was shipped on the 12th. Now over two weeks later the tracking number with the post office says they are still waiting to receive the package. Submitted my order on the morning of 7/21. Supposed to be 3-5 days shipping. Checked my mail on Sat., 7/26, nothing. Monday morning, 7/28 I call their customer service. The guy says 'hmm....I wonder why your order didn't get pushed through. Let me check and I'll call you back'. 2:30 p.m. rolls around, no call back. I call them back again, different guy, same reaction. He says 'oh, I see that battery is not available.' What!?! And you already charged my credit card?? The worst customer experience I've ever had. Mark told me a certain battery is not in stock. I called back with a question about a different brand. Mike, the owner, claimed the batteries, I was originally looking for, actually are available. He told me (very rudely) how to find them on the web-site. He may be the owner and I may be a confused "old lady" but....... "Availability: Out of stock " does not sound like they are available. I called back. Mike told me I am rude, talked over him, didn't listen and hung up. Way to run a business, Mike. Their web-site is not user friendly. My "mistake" (very upsetting to Mike) was that I clicked on the search symbol after entering the product number on the search bar. If you do, it shows you what is actually available, if you don't it shows you what was/is/ may be available. So, when I clicked I did not see the product, which screaming Mike, insisted should be on my screen!!! read more

Contacted Customer Service by phone, was instructed to ship back old battery (to match) with incorrect new batteries. Never heard from them again. Completely inept customer service, did not respond to four of my emails after order was shipped back. Never received correct battery OR refund. Finally had to dispute charge with my credit card. Order #100066401 On Thursday April 20,2017, I THOUGHT I had ordered and purchased 8 Maxell sr920sw/371 silver oxide watch batteries. But on Sat the 22nd, I received 2 pkgs of 10 Excell eb-sr920 silver oxide watch batteries instead. Since I've learned to test and verify the strength of new batteries, I proceeded to test the first battery and it tested bad at 1.12 Volts. So I tested all 20 batteries and found all of them were bad with the highest voltage reading at only 1.24 Volts. So I went to the website and at the bottom of the page, clicked on "Returns and Exchanges". It brought me to a "Login or Create an Account" page. Okay. I purchased the batteries online as a guest and didn't create an account, so I created an account....but got nothing back about "Returns" after doing so. So I once again clicked on "Returns and Exchanges" at the bottom of the page and it displayed this: Whoops, our bad... The page you requested was not found, and we have a fine guess why. * If you typed the URL directly, please make sure the spelling is correct. * If you clicked on a link to get here, the link is outdated. What can you do? Have no fear, help is near! There are many ways you can get back on track with Magento Store. * Go back to the previous page. * Use the search bar at the top of the page to search for your products. * Follow these links to get you back on track! So I did all of that. But for as long as I remained logged in to "My Account", no matter what I did, the "Returns and Exchanges" link would only bring up "Whoops, our bad...,etc. It wasn't until I logged out and closed my browser, and then reopened my browser and went back to the website, and without logging in to my account, clicked on "Returns and Exchanges", that I was able to get the link to respond. And it displayed this: Orders and Returns Order Information * Order ID* * Enter the billing last name and email/ZIP as in the order billing address. * Billing Last Name* Find Order By: * Email Address* So I filled out the information, clicked on "Continue", and it displayed my order information, but I still got no information pertaining to "Returns". By this time, I had noticed I wasn't sent the same batteries that I purchased, as I purchased "Maxell" batteries but instead received "Excell" batteries, and bunk ones at that. So I looked on the website for the batteries I was sent, but I didn't find them so I used the search function on the website and got: "No items match your search criteria". So I was led to believe I was purchasing Maxell batteries but instead received dead Excell batteries that the website says they don't have. As if they didn't know, this is called "BAIT AND SWITCH". Okay, so at this point I'm completely dissatisfied and wondering WTF when I noticed and click on the "Warranty Information" link, which is also at the bottom of the page, and it brought me to the "Customer Service" Information page which reads as follows: Customer Service Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetuer adipiscing elit. I dealt with Mark on line for a return. Not only did he issue me the return label but said if I had an old battery I could send in they'd see if they could match it. That's customer service above and beyond the call of duty. So I sent them an old one and we'll see what happens. I've read some bad reviews here online guess everyone has a bad day once in a while. HORRIBLE! ordered a battery for a Motorola online. Everything looked good at first. Then I see they have not even delivered it to USPS to ship it to me (here in Las Vegas).Were going on ONE MONTH.I have heard plenty of excuses, "it's the Chinese New Year", things are slow from China now. What a find!!! I needed a battery for an older camcorder. I found Batteries In A Flash and I can atest to the fact they have earned the "in a flash". A friendly young lady looked up the model number and said I will be right back AND she was back in a flash. My cell phone battery died. I called and a very helpfull man found out what battery i needed, made sure it was in stock when I told him I was on my way to the store.
