Room service 16oz New York Strip Steak. Perfectly cooked medium rare w chimichurri on the side. mashed potatoes instead

I love the scent that you smell when you first step into the Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa, especially near the registration desk. IIRC Green Valley Resort has a similar scent. Great job to whoever from Station Casinos picked that scent. The rooms are modern and comfortable for working or relaxing. The bed is soft/firm, and super comfortable. The room has plenty of outlets for charging phones and computers and cameras etc. The room service options are amazing - I was honestly impressed with the New York Strip steak (dinner portion) I ordered. The shrimp cocktail had an amazing presentation, and they used huge shrimp... the cocktail sauce and horseradish both had a great flavor. The horseradish was creamy and not too strong... BUT! This dish was $18 so I expected more than 4 pieces of shrimp, even if they were huge shrimp, and photogenic. Cmon man. 18 dollars for that! There are several good food options inside RedRock Casino. I was there for a "work trip staycation" because I got booked to shoot a PR campaign nearby in the Red Rock Canyon area. We booked several rooms and ate at Red Rock Casino every day/night. Lucilles BBQ is a good option for those looking for something hearty but casual. Order the beef ribs. Hearthstone has a more upscale feel, with beautiful atmosphere (the ambiance and the hostesses were both fire), especially around dinnertime/sunset. They had really good appetizers, but the standout here is the Prime Rib. Order that! Yard House is good too, for a casual meal... esp for those who drink beer. I don't. Anyway, there are lots of things to do at Red Rock Casino. Great place to go for a work trip or staycation!

Bonus in progress. 3 small ones so far

A beautiful casino that used to be the flagship of the Station Casino chain. I believe the Durango has taken its place as the key casino. It's still nice to visit, although I haven't been back in quite a while. The casino is huge and packed with a wide variety of slot machines. The sportsbook is fairly large but it is showing its age. It has served as the model for the new sportsbook at the Sunset Casino with an almost identical layout. What's great about placing a bet at a Station Casino is that you can cash your ticket at any of their locations. Boyd Casinos forces you to cash in tickets at the location where the bet was placed or mail in your ticket via registered mail. William Hill also allows you to cash in at any casino who is part of their group. My favorite slot machine at the Stations continues to at least let me play for an extended length of time so I can pad my comp points even if I don't make a profit. Many of the older restaurants have been replaced so if you had an old favorite, you'd better check to see if it still exists. The buffet that was once a huge draw has been taken out I'm not sure that was a wise move. Many patrons now go to other casinos and don't spend their gambling money there anymore. I was only able to spend a few hours there since we were dropping off some people and getting them checked in. I'm impressed that he's acquired VIP status with Station Casinos and receives prior entry to restaurants and hotel check in as well as VIP access to a reserved section of the parking lot. It's still worth driving out to Summerlin to eat, play, or stay at Red Rock. Much less of a hassle than dealing with casinos on the Strip. Check it out if you've never been

We just stayed at Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa for a Friday-Saturday-Sunday getaway and it was absolutely amazing! We splurged on the Signature Suite with the king signature bed -- which typically starts around $499-$509 per night for that suite style (so three nights was a lovely weekend treat!) -- and every dollar felt worth it. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the atmosphere and vibe -- sophisticated but warm, stylish without feeling stuffy. The customer service was seriously top‑tier -- everyone we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuine. We especially loved how clean everything was -- our suite sparkled, and the housekeeping team made sure it stayed that way every time they cleaned. And talk about service speed: those bellmen were lightning fast with our luggage, and any time we asked for extra pillows or blankets, they arrived in record time with big smiles. The room itself -- with that cozy king bed and plenty of space -- was the perfect retreat after busy days exploring. And little touches like fast check‑in, thoughtful amenities, and spotless spaces made us feel genuinely pampered. If you're looking for a wonderful Las Vegas off‑Strip experience with beautiful rooms, stellar service, and a truly awesome atmosphere, this place is a winner. We already can't wait to go back!

My husband and I love staying at Red Rock Casino and Resort whenever we are in Las Vegas. It has become one of our go to hotels, and one of our favorite activities here is playing bingo together. Huge shout out to Michelle and Eron for being such amazing bingo hosts. They are always friendly, welcoming, and consistently provide top notch customer service. They make every session fun. The resort itself is beautiful and a nice escape from the busier parts of the Strip. We always enjoy our stays here and cannot wait to come back.

The Cheese Shop of Beverly Hills POP UP at Red Rock
    Laura A.

The most exciting thing to do yesterday was to go to Red Rock Casino and try The Cheese Store Of Beverly Hills Pop Up. WOW! I am so lucky that I went extra early. Our local newspaper (The Las Vegas Review Journal) posted the WRONG HOURS (12-5) for this event that took place 11-4. I got there about 10:30 and I still had to wait about an hour to get in and order. Once inside at the time I went there was plenty of cheeses to try. They also served fancy crackers and some lunch meats. After about an hour we finally got to order. My husband was going to order extra food for another time but everything was pre-made and nothing could be special ordered. I was surprised that they weren't selling cheeses. Anyways we tried a sandwich and a Jidori Chicken Caesar salad. They didn't have any seating so we strolled to the food court to find a table. When I opened ur to go I noticed that they DIDN"T give us any napkins and they didn't GIVE A FORK to give me a fork for my salad. The food was ok but could have been better. The sandwich bread was good but the sandwich seemed like it might have been made yesterday? The filling was squashed hard together and didn't have that fresh sandwich texture to it. My husband thought that the provolone cheese seemed like not the best. So the sandwich was ok. I had the Jidori Chicken Caesar Salad. It was OK. It was well sized but seemed like an average chicken Caesar salad. I saw our local Food Critic's pictures from this same event. Latter in the event many more goodies were brought out for sampling. My husband got mad when he saw the pictures because we went treated the same. I noticed only an hour latter there must have been well over a thousand people in line waiting to get in and the line went well around and a long way down the casino.

Family road trip to Vegas! The Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa is honestly a nice hotel. My cousins held their wedding here. My family and I checked in here mainly because we were given a group discount for my cousin's wedding. We booked 3 rooms and requested for 2 of them to be connected and the other room to be located next door. Check-in is at 15:00, and check out is at 11:00. We arrived a little before 15:00. We were thankful that our rooms were ready a bit early. They were able to accommodate connecting rooms, but one room was a door away. The rooms were spacious and clean with basic amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, lotion, tissues, vanity kits, and towels. We were given fresh towels on our second day. The housekeepers were quick and efficient. We asked for a few more bath robes because there were only two robes provided in each room. The front desk agent over the phone was hesitant to provide us more bath robes for whatever reason and stated she'll have to speak to her Housekeeping Manager first .. over bath robes?? I thought it was odd that she made a big deal because the robes were considered a free amenity. The alcohol and snack bar were not complimentary of course. The note clearly states that if an item was removed for more than 15 seconds, then it will be charged to the room. I did not like that the mini fridge was stocked with overpriced alcohol and drinks. There was no other fridge provided in the room, so we couldn't store any leftover food or drinks we had. Other than the hotel rooms, the resort had many dining options like Starbucks for your quick coffee fix, fast food for late night bites, desserts to satisfy your sweet tooth, fine dining for date nights, and bars to grab a cocktail. There was live entertainment at the bar as well. There's also more dining options and shopping at the plaza located across the resort. The casino is huge with tables and slot machines everywhere. I appreciated the signage and arrows because we often got lost. For family friendly activities, they have a bowling alley and a movie theater. Service was quick & efficient. Majority of everyone we encountered was courteous. Check out was easy. My biggest advice is to take videos and photos of the snack and alcohol bar to have proof nothing was used or taken. We were emailed our billing on the day of departure. A day after checking the billing, we noticed we were charged $15 for an amenity from the snack bar we did not take. My aunt called the hotel to dispute the charges. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. There's many entertainment, so we never got bored. There's endless dining options, so we were never hungry. Although our specific room location requests were not accommodated, the rooms itself were decent.

Woke up to a beautiful view of the pool and mountains

My family and I stayed here for the first time last week. I really like how they have activities you can do with the kids during the day such as bowling , movies , arcade, pool, walking distance shopping center and kid friendly foods in the food court such as Panda Express and wing stop! My kids like the food options and the sweet treats. I got excited when I seen a with love always is coming soon! We tried with love always on our trip and it was amazing as well. Can't wait to go back :)

I did not stay in any of the rooms this review is based on the casino and the amenities within the property. Beautiful hotel with many activities and many types of restaurants to eat at for a quick bite or for a full dining experience. Beautiful property located in Summerlin with plenty of FREE parking.

    Stadium craps betting.
    Ernest M.

Is it fair to give this place a 1 star because they took a lot of my money that day? Probably not a fair review. This on the west side of vegas near Summerlin. I'm a craps player and this is still afforable even though $15-$25 dollar tables does not fit my budget. They do have stadium craps which is like virtual better with live dice that can be rolled. The only thing you have to deal with is they move fast and rolling the dice with lots of bumps when you roll them. You can't roll them across or else dealer will warn you to hit the wall over and over again. Lucky Penny is there 24/7 diner that you can eat from and at 12 they have their version of steak and eggs special. Special note** You must have a players card in order to have their special which you can get at the cashier cage.

One of the best hotels off the strip nice clean rooms and affordable drinks and a very nice pool area this place is well worth the drive...

    Lauren H.

A favorite place for locals, however. For me this time I attended an exclusive event. An evening of glamor and glitter for the Holiday spirit and celebration. The rooms are lovely with views of enchanted memories and festivities. The rouge room put on the most exemplary dancing and drinks and the appetizers were just as exciting as the prime rib dinner. I highly recommend Red Rock for any celebration .

I stayed at this resort a whole business week for a professional conference. I booked 2 months in…read moreadvance because I was selected to be a speaker/presenter at the conference. When I arrived, by rideshare, I was dropped off at the front entrance. It was super busy and there were a whole lot of cars. I walked into the lobby with my luggage and went to the registration counter. The person who checked me in was awesome. After receiving my room keys, I made myself up to my room. I had to walk through the casino, and there were a lot of people inside. It seemed like a very lively place to be. I got to my elevator area and it was great because they have guards verifying that only hotel guests are entering the room towers. They have a scanning machine where you scan your room key to verify that you are a valid guest. This made me feel very secure and happy about where the conference chose to host us. I had stayed at the Palazzo before and I was super impressed with that property in this resort. Let me tell you the Venetian was five or six star to me. This place is super luxurious and well appointed all throughout. My room was absolutely fabulous, very clean, smelled awesome, and I didn't itch at all during the whole week of staying in this room and sleeping in this bed. The marble floors of the bathroom were phenomenal. The shampoo, lotion and conditioner, plus body wash was amazing and smelled wonderful. I will happily stay here again and I signed up for their Venetian rewards before I came. Unfortunately, my $1700 stay did not make it onto my Venetian rewards account for some reason, I even paid 2 months in advance. I went to the Front Desk of Venetian rewards when I checked out and they were not able to help me to apply the $1700 stay to my Venetian rewards. This was super disappointing and so I should have taken a star off for that, but the stay experience was awesome. The pool complex is amazing as well as the conference center. Everything at this resort is fantastic and I highly recommend going to the: Grand Canal shops to peruse, enjoying the gondola rides, the wonderful shops, being able to go to the Wynn property, and the Palazzo property, from this location, was all awesome. Turns out we were dealing with a bunch of sleazy, greedy liars. The first night we were placed in a room that turned out to be next to a room with a service elevator in the South TOWER. So, when we went to sleep around midnight, despite my noise machine, I hear loud, rumbling sounds off and on for 2 or 3 hours coming from above me, but not directly overhead. Turns out those rumbling sounds were coming from room service carts in the service elevator room on the floor above. The next morning I am a very tired wreck and I go down to the front desk. I found this woman named Julie who stated she has worked there 25 years. She tells me she has sleep issues, so appears to be very sympathetic. I believe she said that sometimes she doesn't sleep for 3 or 4 days at a time. In any case, I only went down there to get a new room and never asked for anything else. She didn't have a problem with that. At some point she informed me that my entire stay would be complimented. I informed her that we just checked in the day before and I got teary eyed because I was so impressed and grateful. That was it, and I now had keys to the new room and our current room so that we could easily move. Well after we got home I find out that my 2 nights weren't refunded. I do see a $62 credit though, which turned out to be one nights resort fee. That's it. I respond to their Email survey with the situation, and I receive an Email response stating that this woman has gone over the notes about the incident and that one nights resort fee was refunded but the 2nd one was still processing. No one ever mentioned a word about resort fees and I responded with an appropriate Email. I stated that if both nights were not entirely refunded that I would be on Yelp the following week, so here I am. Of course I never even received that 2nd resort fee credit, which is really irrelevant as I was promised a complimentary stay. So, a place that really guards against cheating, chooses to cheat me by not keeping their word. Sleazy, greedy liars. Too bad that employee and I couldn't take polygraph tests because obviously the problem was with her unless this other lady lied about the notes. YUCH & YUCH

First Impressions: The hotel has one of the best scents in Vegas; if you know, you know. Whatever they're using in the vents, paired with their designated smoking areas, really keeps the air noticeably fresher than most other casino hotels. Check-In & Service: Big shoutout to Kim at the front desk for such a warm welcome. She gave us a choice between a room close to the elevator or midway down the hall, and advised going with the latter since the hotel was hosting a cheer convention (i.e., excited kids everywhere!). Her advice was spot on and her customer service was top notch. Truly a fantastic way to start our weekend. Room: Our room was gorgeous: spacious, super clean, and well maintained. We had a great pool view, loved the privacy door for the toilet, and the stone-walled shower with a bench was a nice upgrade. There was also a large soaking tub with a clear view into the bedroom, a desk, and a separate seating area with two ridiculously comfy leather chairs. Pool & Amenities: After unpacking, we went straight to the pool. The main area has two large pools separated by a walkway and cabanas, with two jacuzzis at the end near a huge outdoor screen. There's also a day club if you're looking for a party vibe, complete with its own bar, pool, cabanas, and a live DJ. We enjoyed relaxing in the sun and loved the easy access to drinks from the mid-bar or roaming servers (didn't get a chance to try the food this time, but maybe next visit!). Parking & Fees: There is plenty of parking available in the lots, which makes coming and going a breeze. A $40 or $50 daily resort fee does apply, but that's pretty typical these days and didn't feel out of the ordinary. Final Thoughts: Every detail, from the clean air to the thoughtful service and beautiful property, made this a memorable stay. M Resort is definitely a notch above most Vegas hotels. Highly recommend, and can't wait to come back!

You feed the machine with a blank card and it spits your room key card! When you enter the elevator, there's a line, you'll need to tap your room card to trigger the elevator then tap again once you're in the elevator to press your floor button. The rooms were quite large. Wide entry way, huge bathroom with double sink and the shower was so long. The negative would be the sensor fridge. I would rather have an empty mini fridge to store items than to have the fridge full of unusable items. Vegas gets so hot and all you have is an ice bin. Also lack of outlets. The clock on the dresser has a type c and usb plug. However, we found hidden wall outlets on the side of the bed behind the wall accents and around the room. The curtains/drapes are with a touch of a button and all electric. The safe is inside the closet. The closet is deep with motion sensor. The air quality is clean in this casino, lots to do and the conservatory is a must see every season.

At night we lined up along the balustrade and watched the show. It was so much fun seeing so many people show up. Bellagio is one of my favorite, centralized hotels on the strip. Lots of great photo ops around this Italian-inspired property. Water elements are prominent. Take note of Fiori di Como. Its a beautiful art piece in the main lobby. I love the vibrancy and colors of the glass flowers. It sets the tone of the of hotel: Elegance, grandness, and beauty. Fun fact, the artist is from WA state :) As you walk further into the hotel you'll get to see the Conservatory and Botanical Garden. It's free admission. The floral theme is detailed, creative, and enchanting. I didnt hear anything about the resort hosting/participating in any kind of any BTS fountain show this year so I guess Borahaegas 2022 at the Bellagio was just one of those "you had to be there" moments. However, the resort is a still nice place to walk around and escape from the heat plus they have clean bathrooms. They also have a free tram that connects to other hotels on the strip if you find yourself tired from walking. Stay hydrated and be safe out there in these extreme temperatures!

The location of The Reserve is near to the T-Mobile Arena and other MGM properties. You can even catch the free Aria Express to transit from The Park, Aria, Vdara, and Bellagio resorts, which is especially helpful during the hot Summer months in Las Vegas. The Reserve at Park MGM is located on the top four upper floors of Park MGM (formerly Monte Carlo). Its driveway is located on West Park Avenue off of either South Frank Sinatra Drive or South Las Vegas Boulevard. There are fewer than 300 rooms and suites at The Reserve, each decorated with a distinct New York style by French architect and designer Jacques Garcia. Each room is appointed with custom furnishings, Bellino linens, and large flat screen TVs. Many suites also feature free-standing pedestal bathtubs and separate water closets. Since we've stayed at this property over the past six years, we have noticed there have been no decor changes or improvements to its excellent services. In the past, we've stayed in various-sized suites, ranging from 700 sq ft (Grande Suite) to 409 sq ft (Classic King). The property is completely non-smoking. They still offer free bottled water (10 oz) and bed slippers in your room, unlike some other properties. Check-in is quick and easy, and can be done on your smartphone, while check-out can be done on your television. Either way, you can reduce the risk of being caught in a crowd at the reception desk.

However, for those of us who come to Vegas often, staying at those hotels often means higher prices and headaches with navigating around the busy traffic. Having stayed at most of the larger hotels (The Luxor, The Bellagio, Encore at Wynn, Park MGM etc) I've had my fill of the dazzling lights and boisterous crowds. I do recommend you try these hotels at least a few times to truly soak in the bustle of Las Vegas night life. For me, I prefer to stay adjacent to, but not within, The Strip. This way, I can have some comfort in a quieter setting and can call an uber at any moment to meet friends along The Strip. This was the reason I chose Nirvana Hotel. Situated right next to The Luxor and The Mandalay Bay, it is both affordable and close to the attractions I come to Vegas for. The exterior is a bit off-putting at first. You aren't greeted with the pristine fountained welcome that you expect from Vegas--the wonderful precession of marble floors, the lush green plants, the ornate chandeliers. The main check-in station is inside the souvenir shop which resembles that of a run down gas station. Service is quick and the check-in process is painless. Their doors all use numbers so you don't have to worry about misplacing your card. Just don't get so drunk you forget! The room itself is very humble: queen bed, LG tv, two night stands, a small fridge, and a walk-in shower. Clean, organized, and arranged professionally. I will definitely stay here again. I paid $841.32 for two nights in an upgraded room, and the condition of the room was completely unacceptable for the price. The room was dirty, poorly maintained, and nowhere near what I would expect from a Las Vegas resort charging over $400 per night. The underside of the lamp hanging between the beds was covered in a thick layer of dust and debris directly above where we slept. The shower curtain had visible stains, one of the towels was stained, and the towels had a musty odor instead of smelling freshly laundered. The windows were also filthy and difficult to see through. To make matters worse, the beds were extremely hard and felt old and worn out. The entire room felt neglected and in desperate need of a deep cleaning and refurbishment. I have attached photos because I knew no one would believe how bad it was. The dust buildup on the lamp alone was disgusting and clearly had not been cleaned in a very long time. I was so uncomfortable with the condition of the room that I checked out early and left at 8 PM on my second night rather than stay another night in that room. I've stayed in budget motels that were cleaner than this "upgraded" room. For what New York-New York charges, there is absolutely no excuse for these conditions. I contacted the hotel directly and never received a response. I will never stay here again and would not recommend this property to anyone. Save your money and stay somewhere else. This room wasn't worth $841.32--it wasn't even worth a fraction of that. Do better, New York-New York. This was embarrassing.
