After some negotiation, it was reduced by $60. I put a 1/3 deposit down so they could order the windshield and paid the rest upon completion. It took them around 2 hours since I dropped my car off to install it. The service was decent although you have to yell that you are waiting before they come to the service desk (on my three visits), which lead to one star being taken away. All in all, if you have a high deductible and it would be better to pay for your windshield out-of-pocket, I recommend this business as they do a really good job overall.
