In contrast, during my own consultation, the discussion focused primarily on the darkness of the tint. There was little to no explanation of the higher-tier products, including the Tier 3 film with its lifetime guarantee. As a customer, I found this disappointing. It appeared that information was being presented differently depending on the customer, rather than being consistently offered to everyone. Had I been fully informed about all available options and warranty coverage, I likely would have selected the premium film from the beginning. After some negotiation, it was reduced by $60. I put a 1/3 deposit down so they could order the windshield and paid the rest upon completion. It took them around 2 hours since I dropped my car off to install it. The service was decent although you have to yell that you are waiting before they come to the service desk (on my three visits), which lead to one star being taken away. All in all, if you have a high deductible and it would be better to pay for your windshield out-of-pocket, I recommend this business as they do a really good job overall.

First call went unanswered. Second call was answered right away. Person on the phone was very straight to the point with cost, scheduling, etc. I was able to get an appointment on the phone right away. I made the 30 minute drive and was taken in right away. They have a small waiting area and they courteously turned on the NFL game while I waited. They were all very professional. It's a single service bay so you can see your car while it's being tinted. They were able to match the stock window tint on the rear windows to the new tint on the front windows of my Silverado. At one point they found a scratch on the window and alerted me to it's presence before continuing, which is proper procedure. They also gave me an exact quote up front for all services, which was the same price when they finished. No surprises. It was $100 for the sun strip on the windshield and both front side windows.
