I won't return to this place. There are too many others in the area. It's so ghetto dirty. No trash cans, So people dump their nasty garbage right where we charge. Horrible!!!

They have 150 kwatt chargers, but we got a bit under that. Half the stalls were taken, when we came on a sunday afternoon. We just walked around the outlet as it charged. The outlet was pretty small and dead, but it was still a nice little walk and good way to pass time, as we waited.

The bathrooms are before you hit the Dairy Queen on your right side and near a undersized fountain. While the restrooms were clean, it was quite a hike (around a 7 minute walk) and seemed like the only option according to mall signage. There were two vending machines available too. Decent supercharger over all that was fast and less popular than others in the area.

It's never felt creepy or empty like some other malls. The mall's prices can be a little overpriced and the parking situation can be a mess but I give this mall a pass as it's generally been a good place to shop. The Promenade has a medium size food court, IMAX theater, big name stores (JCPenney, Macy's etc.), specialty stores (Miniso, Dick's) and plenty of eateries (Lazy Dog, California Pizza Kitchen, Lucille's BBQ and more). It's also surrounded by tons of other stores and eateries that are not attached to it, it's in the shopping hub of Temecula. Service is pretty good, the staff keep the floors clean and tables whipped. However, the restrooms are awful. I took a star partly for this reason. Note: Extra Parking - A parking structure is adjacent to the IMAX theater if you're looking for somewhere to park and the main parking is full.

The chargers are tucked in a corner at the end of the shopping plaza near El Pollo Loco, facing the freeway. There's places to grab food while you wait (ex. El Pollo Loco, Starbucks. Sushi). There's also a Wells Fargo bank and UPS store within walking distance.
