Hot day, had to call off work our toyota prius battery low. Went here they can charge the battery, about 2hr charge so I had to come back.? After 2hrs bad cell battery will continue to drain. I have contacted the store to purchase the light. Anthony was assisted over the phone and confirmed that the installation would take place. When I showed up at the store, Anthony rang me up and said we couldn't install. It was a complete waste of time. Lazy workers. Absolutely ridiculous I live next to this store so I come here more often than any other parts store I have a commercial account and have used it many times. I also work at a shop and know how commercial works because I deal with them often. Earlier I got put on hold for 20 minutes for them to look for the part just to be told that it was special order which shows on the computer so they weren't looking for the part. I came in to get fluids and gasket maker tried to use my shop account/commercial account and the lady tells me "commercial is closed" both workers were grey shirts which means they can and do both do commercial and as long as someone is there for commercial it is not closed and a commercial account can be used. I've been through this before with another store and it's ridiculous. they were simply lazy and didn't want to do it on the commercial account horrible attitudes and lazy. read more

UNHELPFUL AND DISHONEST SERVICE I recently visited the Auto Zone on Antelope Road near Newport Road in the Ralph's Market shopping center on Sunday, February 23, 2025. As I entered the store, I observed an Auto Zone worker outside assisting a customer. However, my experience with the manager Jared was quite the opposite. As I stood in line waiting my turn, I approached Jared with a minor request, at that time he informed me that his computer was not working. This was perplexing as it had worked earlier customer and, as I discovered after polling another customer, it worked for the customer after me. It felt like an excuse to avoid assisting me. Furthermore, when I mentioned the worker assisting a customer, Jared claimed that employees were not allowed to help customers outside. THIS WAS A BLATANT LIE, AS I HAD JUST WITNESSED IT UPON ENTERING THE STOR. Overall, my experience at this Auto Zone was disappointing due to JARED'S unhelpful and dishonest behavior. I hope this store addresses these issues to provide better service to future customers. read more

They advertise free battery charging. I took my battery to get charged and instead, they tested it and promptly told me it was bad. Then they recommended a $189.00 replacement. I ordered a Noco Genius charger for $60 on Amazon. I charged my battery with and it's been working ever since. I took my time to write this review because I wanted to make sure it kept working and it has. Shame on AutoZone. read more

I had purchased new battery from Autozone 6 months ago. It would not hold its charge and was puting out less than 11 volts under load. The battery has a limited lifetime warranty, so I went to exchange it. I was "helped" by Josh T. (Manager). I brought in the battery, explained it wasn't holding its charge and I wanted to exchange it because it was under warranty. He said, "Oh, I never heard of that." He tried to belittle me asking the age of my car and If I was able to drive it. He said he would provide a battery test free of charge. He said it was good. Little did he know, it was just pulled off the charger at O'Reilly's across the street. They confirmed it was bad!!! Josh said, "Just so you know, I'll go ahead and replace it even though it says its good... but you can't try and return it again after 6 months! Background info, I spend Thousand$ of dollars a year at autozone! I have all the receipts to prove it. HTF did Josh T become a Manager @ Autozone? Millions of consumers with older vehicles keep Autozone in business. Do you think people with newer cars buy parts for their car? NO. kEEP IT REAL jOSH. Take better care of your customers and treat them with RESPECT. The customer service from Josh(manager ) and his staff is terrible. Sold me a direct OE replacement part. Duralast brand Radiator.. Well the bolts do not fit old part to new part. Not long enough. Wouldn't stay open an extra 5 minutes for me to get the right bolts. I spend hundreds a year at this Autozone. Never again!!!! Update... Moses and the team at Lakeshore O'Reilly Auto parts stayed open to help make the part fit that I purchased from Autozone. If they would have had the radiator I would have purchased it and returned the one from Josh. Will be taking my business for my 4 vehicles up the road! I've been coming to this Autozone for parts for a while now and every time I come I'm helped out by staff. All the staff here are very nice and are always ready to help you out with whatever you need. I do my own oil on both of my cars and this is my go-to store because they always have oil change deals. Many of their deals are not just oil and filter. A lot of them come with basic materials needed to do your oil change. Of course they are good for buying every other part as well. Came by today and I was helped out by Josh the store manager. Came in to get a oil change deal and he was more than happy to help me out. Offered great deals and grabbed everything I needed for my car. I have the rewards card and I'm getting $20 on my next purchase which I'm looking forward to. The times I have been in, it hasn't been too busy and they've helped me find the items that I needed, along with some recommendations. That's great customer service right there. I walked in to find a manager cleaning up a spill not wearing a mask. I paused and he said, "may I help you with something?" I kindly replied "I'm just trying to figure out why you're not wearing a mask while requiring others to wear them." He said with a chuckle, "Nobody is making you wear a mask. That's your choice." never order from there web sight to get same day delivery from Autozone. they will take your order online and your payment, then they loose your order. then keep your payment, for Days while they leave you without yourorder and payment. my bank said they where paid but they can't find order or payment. now my same day delivery has cost time (2 days) and the inability to reorder again due to the money being lost. I've gone here twice and that's enough for me. First I was looking for a remote lock for my truck. I asked a female counter person and she looked it up. They did not have it in stock but it was available from the DC. She gave me the price, way to high as I had already priced it on line. I always try to buy from B&M stores to support them but sometimes the price differential is way out of line. Without me prompting she told me I could buy it on line way cheaper, I did. Second trip, same counter person, I had broken a lense on the front turn signal for my Yamaha. I just wanted a 3 inch flat yellow lense with or without holes to cover the turn signal temporarily as I had ordered a Yamaha replacement already. She insisted on looking it up by application and GEE it was not not listed. I asked where their lighting products were and she showed me. They did not have what I wanted so I said can you order me one from the warehouse. She said we have everything here that they stock. I left and went across the street to O'Rielly. They did not have it either but the counter person there offered to order it and have it later that day. I did and it fixed my problem so I could ride. I won't return to AZone. They probably have some good, knowledgeable employees but I won't be needing their help. Lost me for a $3.00 part and lack of knowledge. read more

Probably the worst knowledge of product that I've ever experienced. Had to return 3 times WITH my needed brake pads so that they can match them. They failed to look closely at the details. Finally on the third time I personally asked for a manager and the manger gave me attitude because his staff did not take care of the customer. We didn't end up getting what we needed. We took our business to O'reilly and were taken care of immediately and correctly the first time. We also saved $10 in the process. I would not recommend this store to anyone. read more

After getting a jump start for her dead battery from an auto parts competitor business nearby, my wife was able to make it to your store to get help for her recently purchased battery that was dead. One of your employees removed the battery to test it, found it was good, then tested the alternator to find that the alternator was bad. My wife was able to purchase an alternator and then received another jump start to the battery and made it home before it died. I installed the new alternator and all is well again. I want to thank the gentleman at Autozone who went the extra mile to help out my wife who was in dire need. It is refreshing these days to find anyone willing to help out someone else in need.
