It's high use today since it's a holiday. OMG its so disgusting here . There is garbage all around and black liquid stains all over the entire ground. People are so inconsiderate . There is a garbage can in the corner can't they walk over there and dump their trash. Don't know what is up with the filthy ground . I know some of this was here last time I came. The place must not get street cleaned at all. I am not sure if that is Arden Fair Mall responsibility or Tesla but someone needs to clean it up. The area where Electric Joy cleans the cars is extra dirty. read more

Hidden in back of Arden Mall, in the parking structure. There were about 10 spots opened when I attempted to find a spot to sueprcharge my car. Easy to charge, not too much trouble going in and out. I didn't experience the dirty area / garbage cans everywhere like other reviewers, but I also came really early in the morning. read more

Super excited that they just opened a supercharger at Arden Fair mall and located in the covered parking lot, behind the mall, away from sun and other elements!! ... ok so there are some outside... This location has the most chargers I have ever seen. Definitely plenty to choose from, 19 in total!!! It's not too far the other supercharger, but if you are in town you have a couple to choose from (15min apart) and at least this one is at a mall (which could be dangerous, potential to spend more money)! read more

Electrifying! This place is SUPER and I'm so CHARGED up talking about it. There aren't very many supercharger's around the greater Sacramento area but I'm greatful they've put the stations in the most populous areas such as Arden Fair, Folsom and Roseville. A nice feature of this supercharging station is that there are quite a few chargers compared to the others in the area and a lot of the chargers are inside the garage which provides shade on those sunny days. Although the mall is closed due to COVID (or are they open now), its a good place to charge and shop at the same time. read more

I gave this place a 4 star because you have to pay for parking. The charging stations are located in the lower level on c2. There are a few good restaurants here. We went to Sauced. The service is fast and will get you on the road again. read more

This is my favorite charging station in the Sacramento area. If you want to escape the sun while charging, there are chargers in the parking garage, or outside. It is a Quick walk to the mall for food and bathrooms and Quick access from Hwy 80. The mall is great for getting your steps in while charging. It can get busy on Sundays and afternoons, but never had to wait. There has always been one spot for me. read more

I have free supercharge for life in my purchasing contract. The supercharge station at Arden Fair Mall in Sacramento still charged my credit card. I am not sure why, but that is not supposed to happen. What gives here? It hasn't occurred at other locations. read more

These are slower superchargers than usual, with only 72kW max. Most other locations are 120kW, but if you are spending some time at the mall it will probably be fine, especially with the high capacity 19 stalls here. Only one stall was occupied when I arrived on a Thursday at 5pm. It is a fairly new station so that may change as more people find out about it. read more

Nice location. Nice mall to hang out in while you wait. Easy to find. Some stalls in the structure that has a car wash.

Plenty of Supercharger on Arden Way, Sacramento, CA Charger is off near Sear's outside Arden Fair Mall.

I found the uncovered set of chargers (there are both chargers under the structure and outside of it) to be a little easier to access. Decent charging speed and obviously ton to do in the mall (we just shopped at the Disney store for 30 mins). read more

19 stalls and not too busy here. Plus covered area. Felt safe, but was during day with lots of folks shopping, parking. I liked that the charging spaces were in a designated area of the parking garage so there wasn't traffic. Hopefully it doesn't get too busy here. The garage is adjacent to Arden Mall so you could shop and lots of restaurants. read more

Shaded charging area lots of spaces not full at all - convenient that it is at the mall but if you are commuting it takes extra time with the hassle of getting into a mall parking lot. We were traveling up the 5 and this was our only option but from the 5 it was a solid 10 min off the freeway but we needed to eat anyway and the food court at the mall is right upstairs as you walk in so it worked out read more
