Ty, the owner and technician, was communicative, smart, and pulled no punches. From the very first text exchange, when I sent him some photos, he spotted a second covered outlet and speculated that I already had the conduit I needed (and he was right). He was straightforward and honest. The other three (top-rated) companies talked about needing to do a lot more work, having to run conduits up in the attic, and even to redo the electrical panel (requiring HOA approval), blah, blah, blah, and at much higher quotes. It wasn't something he offered in his services but he came by and took a look anyway, explaining he was confident he could complete the install.
