Today I traded in my phone and he assisted perfectly with the different selections of colors, sizes, and storage amounts best for me. I value his customer service and would greatly recommend anyone who needs help at this location to ask him! I was thoroughly impressed by Evan's professionalism, expertise, and dedication to ensuring I received the best possible service. From the moment I reached out, they were prompt, courteous, and genuinely invested in addressing my needs. They took the time to carefully explain my options, ensuring I understood everything from billing details to plan features, all while making sure I got the best deal available. In a world where quality service can sometimes feel like a rarity, this AT&T worker reminded me of the importance of having knowledgeable and dedicated professionals on the other end of the line. Their support truly made a difference in my experience, and I feel confident that AT&T values their employees as much as their customers. Highly recommend!

This review is for the AT&T store in the Raley's shopping center at 4730 Freeport Boulevard in…read moreSacramento, California. Be warned about this store as the Sales reps secretly add phone lines to customer accounts without the customers knowledge, and then they don't respond and AT&T refuses to credit any payments made for the secretly added phone line. This kind of illegal behavior is a pattern, just scroll down and read a couple other reviews of similar type behavior at this same store. There's criminals that work at this store and it looks like management is involved in this illicit behavior. I'm guessing the sales reps are adding phone lines for added commissions. In December 2025 I went to this store to upgrade my daughter's iPhone. I spoke to the sales reps, Christian, and he told me he would give me a good deal on a new iPhone. He also said he could get me additional discounts if I put all 4 of my cellphone lines on auto pay. I approved the auto pay discount. There was no mention of adding any additional phone lines. I never would have agreed to adding any new lines to my account.....Why would I add a new line and pay for it to get a discount? Since I was on auto pay, I made the mistake of not scrutinizbig my cellphone bill. Fast forward to July 2026, and I reviewed my bill and noticed a phone line was added in December 2025 that I've been paying for the past 7 months. On 7/7/26, I called AT&T and they directed me to go to the AT&T store at 4730 Freeport boulevard and to resolve the issue with the store manager, John. I went to the store on 7/15/26 at 11:45am and spoke to Ian who told me to return the next day after 12:30pm to find John. Additionally, , Ian implied that the added phone line was probably getting me extra discounts. However, I never would have agreed to add any additional line that i don't even have a phone for, in order to get a discount . I don't see the logic in paying for something that I'm not using to get a discount. This made me think that adding phone lines without customer approval is a widespread tactic conducted out of this store. I returned to the store on 7/16/26 at 12:45pm, and Christian told me the store manager, John, wasn't available and he took my name and phone number and told me John would call me to schedule an appointment so we could speak. I never received any follow-up contact. I made phone calls to AT&T customer service and loyalty/retention departments on 7/29/26, 8/12/26, with no resolution. I even submitted a fraud claim with AT&T's fraud department with no resolution. On 8/19/26, I spoke to Dierdre at the AT&T rentention department and was finally able to get the phone line that was added to my account removed. However, AT&T refused to credit me the over $200 in monthly service fees that I've paid on the extra phone line from December 2025 to July 2026. The lesson in all of this is to go elsewhere. Do not trust the sales reps and to scrutinize every bill each month, even when your on auto pay. Don't use this store as shady tactics are used and appear to be approved by store management and the corporate folks at AT&T. You are better off going to Verizon or T-Mobile. This kind of behavior does nothing for me, being over a 20 year customer, to remain loyal to AT&T, and neither should you.

It's big, very spacious, and 2-story. There's seating with comfortable sofa and chairs & tables upstairs for enjoying anything you buy from the deli like from the sandwich counter or bakery and they even have a microwave. The store has everything you would expect in a regular Raleys but probably more selection just because the store is so big. I like Raleys produce which is always fresh and often local. The staff are usually friendly and efficient. All in all, Raleys is a solid store.

Most likely because of the last day of the great 3-day weekend sale. The18-count eggs were $1.99. The lines were long but I was fortunate there were only three people in front of me...so I thought. The longer lines were rolling pretty quickly, but our cashier decided to be pretty chatty with SOME of her guests. The two gentlemen in front of me must have really caught her attention because she started a conversation with them right away, without them initiating it. It took her more than 10 minutes to ring them up because she kept stopping and talking, and I could not believe that she was disregarding the line growing behind me. I thought she'd greet me just as nicely since i greeted her very friendly, but I guess i didn't have the same effect as the gentlemen in front of me. So my rating was more so regarding the inconsistency in customer service.

Adj: Calm and Cool library…read more Another visit to the library. A nice way to spend an afternoon after outdoors activities. It's quieter here in the PM than in the AM as there's usually quite a gathering of babies and toddlers with their parents for storytime in the morning on Saturdays. It's very quiet on this lazy late spring/basically summer afternoon and it's quite relaxing here. Finding an enjoyable and a secluded corner of the library, one can then immerse themselves into the storyline and while the time away. Definitely recommend this activity to recharge, and for those who are looking for more interactions at the library there are plenty of scheduled events for learning, growing, and meeting others in the community. Spacious children's section tucked into one corner of the library, and then a smaller teen area (but no dedicated room), an adults work and reading section next to that, with plenty of book stacks organized neatly and logically all throughout the whole library. The community room is quite large and perfect for library events as well as available for reserving for your group's event (with guidelines, probably only for certain purposes and not just anyone's private parties). Right outside is the Cooledge Park so that's plenty convenient too should you want some outdoors recreation or just a walk before or after your library visit. Overall, an excellent library even though it's not that big, there's a coziness and friendly atmosphere here.

However, upon arrival, he informed me he intended to drag the vehicle before placing it on the flatbed, which could have caused damage to my car's electrical system. This directly contradicted what was communicated to dispatch and raised serious concerns about proper handling procedures. When I contacted the company to address the issue, the manager responded in an unprofessional manner. He became hostile, raised his voice, and refused to provide his name when requested. This behavior is unacceptable and does not meet basic standards of customer service or accountability. I am requesting that this incident be formally investigated. I would also like clarification on the company's towing procedures and assurance that drivers are following proper protocols to avoid potential vehicle damage. A complaint has already been filed with AAA, and I will be pursuing this further through consumer protection channels if necessary. Pic below: Driver ignored my instructions not to jump my car despite electrical issues and insisted anyway. He also told dispatch it would be flatbed towed, but then said he would drag it part of the way. When I contacted the manager, he became hostile, yelled, and refused to give his name, saying "don't worry about it." Extremely unprofessional and unsafe service.
