You have an employee named Perry, who was out front greeting every single person as they entered the store and as they left the store while doing his job retrieving carts and picking up trash. He was so positive and friendly. He said thank you as I was leaving and told me to have a nice night. I stopped in front under the light while I was looking for something. He returned with more carts and asked if everything was alright. I said yes, thank you. So i waited until he returned from putting away the carts and I asked his name. I said I'm asking because it's refreshing to see somebody out here spreading positivity and showing stellar customer service. I said it's a rare quality these days and he says thank you. I then told him my name and to have a good night. He said nice to meet you and drive home safely. He is the perfect person you want to have greeting people as he was in tune with customers and genuinely pleasant. In the past, I've left reviews for very bad experiences. I'm leaving a review now because it's so rare to have good customer service anymore, much less great!Sure, I'll have nice or friendly experiences at times. But not great or memorable. I will remember this young man. Thank you, Perry. The kindness you show to others is contagious and you made my day. I really love having a Costco in my neighborhood…read more Saves so much time from having to shop at locations across town. Though I wish they had a gas station. It is super busy on weekends though. Best time to shop if you can is early on weekdays. They have a huge parking lot though it can be a bit of a mess to get out of sometimes. I'm a big fan of the sweet treats at the food court-especially the sundaes. The employees are generally pretty nice here even though they are always super busy.

So many trips to Costco have ended with an inexpensive yet quite filling hot dog in hand. I lather that thing up with mustard and drown it in onions-truly a little moment in heaven....and did I mention it's only $1.50. The Pepperoni Slice at $1.99 is a close second. Costco pizza when served hot off the presses, always hits the spot. On those very special Costco trips,I would do both the Hot Dog Combo and a slice of the Pepperoni-an overwhelmingly filling meal for less than $3.50-got to love it. The food court at this location on weekends or Friday nights can be so hectic-super busy.They have many tables and chairs in the food court where you can find a spot to enjoy your food but it's kind of madness. During the week,on those weekday visits to Costco,the food court is much more manageable and the service is lightning quick. A recent thing I've been really enjoying at the Costco Food Court is their offerings of creative sundaes that they have had for $2.99 or less depending on the toppings. I've really enjoyed the Strawberry Shortcake Sundae and the now discontinued Caramel Brownie Sundae-both were excellent. In closing, I truly believe that no trip to Costco is complete without a visit to the Costco Food Court-I couldn't recommend it highly enough.

I was by myself, but luckily somebody in the parking lot called 911. An ambulance came to pick me up. The last thing I was concerned about was unhooking the charger for my car. The paramedics close my car up, but nobody unhooked the charger when I came back to get my car the next day as I was released 12 hours later. I was charged about $300 by Electrify America because the charger was not removed. I understand every company has rules but every now and then based on a circumstance and exception would be nice. When I called customer service the last words that the person told me was sorry you had a heart attack, but I'm not returning your $300. This is the company that has America and the second part of its name, disgusting.

They had a few Halloween items out still - including a $7 pumpkin throw pillow that I couldn't say no to. They also had their Christmas stuff out already which I thought was crazy - it's not even September yet! This location has a huge clothes area - bigger than the one at Arden I think. They didn't have anything different in the premade food section, but we did pick up their salmon that is always a hit in our house. Loved seeing the packs of Witches Brew Alani for $20! Of course I picked up a case. Overall, staff were friendly and helpful. Not sure if we'll be back to this location because it is out of the way, but I'm glad we stopped in.

They have premade foods, the meat is high-quality, and the bakery is awesome. They also have the optical shop and the hearing aid center. I've never had to have my hearing aids, serviced there, but they always have the batteries I need at very decent prices. Everyone I have dealt with at the store has been very friendly. Of course, you have the samples, the only problem with the samples is, they may lead to an "impulse buy." but hey, that's why they are there, right? I have Gotten some great things before after sampling them first. It works....... There's also the whole rotisserie chicken for only $4.99. The rotisserie chicken, as well as the hotdog and soda, are what they call " loss leaders." they lose money on the item, but they use it to lure you to come in, and buy lots of other things. And also, of course, the rotisserie chickens are in the very back of the store, so you have to walk through the store to get to them. Good marketing. The gas station is very large, at 24 pumps. I usually don't have to wait more than a few minutes. Plus, the gas prices are great, and it is definitely very high-quality gasoline. The attendant there if you have any questions, or you forgot your card, is always very friendly and helpful. The food court is awesome. The ubiquitous buck 50 hotdog and soda, the pizza is great, and while it is definitely an acquired taste, I really like the chicken bake. Today, for the first time, I tried the chicken strips. Five humongous strips, for only $6.99. They were lightly breaded. I don't know what their "secret blend of herbs and spices" is, but the breading was delicious, and the chicken was moist and tender. They also came with a fantastic honey, mustard dipping sauce. I barely made it through half of the order, and I was stuffed. The rest came home for another meal. They reheated beautifully. I don't like the way they run the food court now, though... In the past, you just walked up, ordered, and paid at the window. Now, you have to walk up to a kiosk, scan your membership card, order whatever you are going to order, pay, and then the machine spits out a receipt to take to the window. When I was there today, it was after lunchtime, they still had some 10 people in line waiting to pick up food, and only one person working the window. The food is good, but it can be a little bit inconvenient to get said food. Other than that, I love this store. I will continue to come back.

Tried this new location next to the Raley's on Freeport. There were no signs for the charging…read morestation so I drove around the lot and found it on the North Side of Raley's . It has 8 Superchargers. I was the only one there when we arrived but soon after more cars came. When we left there were four other vehicles. It is right across from the Ecart of Raley's. It seemed to be really clean and I think a night there should be good lighting. Raley's has a great camera system with cameras viewing the back area. Since i was the only one there at the start I think my car charged faster or at least seemed to.
