On top of that, he explained everything clearly so I actually understood what was going on. He's super nice, funny, and plays great music at the shop (he had some awesome 80s rock going on). Fair prices, great/honest guy, and excellent work. I've been recommending him to all my friends for oil changes, tire changes and any other car maintenance and they are all happy. When I arrived the woman at the front desk Kadjia, (sorry about the spelling) helped me, she was professional, knowledgeable and extremely polite. I felt like I was in a 5 star hotel. Patrick plugged my tire, i was in & out in 20 min. The thing that surprised me the most was that even with me giving him the option to give me a new tire, he did not try to upset me. The wheel cover isn't seat properly, after 1 min drive the wheel cover fell off, Jesus guys Oh forgot to tell. When i got there at 10am for appointment, they tell me its gonna be done by 1pm ish. I called early in the morning and asked if they had what I needed, they did so I went 15 minutes later and met with Sam the salesman. I was interested in getting a 4Runner and he showed me all the new vehicles he had. I picked the one I wanted and Sam got the paperwork going. I was in and out within 2 hours with a brand new 4Runner. Sam made the whole thing so easy (and the finance guy too). Truly great service. 3 months later my daughter needed a car (just got her license) so I went back to Toyota Universe. Sam was off that day so I dealt with Roberto. We were interested in a used Corolla. He got us the car for what I was willing to spend. Unbelievable. No haggling, no bait and switch. Again, in and out in under 2 hours. So far, with the experiences I had here and the people I dealt with, without question I will be returning here for future car purchases. I would recommend Toyota Universe to friends and family.

I've been frequenting this business for over the past 5+ years; some days I hold my ground and leave paying solely my oil change, other days I'm unsure if I'm getting or not -- but since I am not an expert of automobiles -- I pay more than I had originally planned. The employees are nice, I get that. But 3 problems since the last visit and I drive only local roads?? Sometimes -- sometimes the math isn't mathing. Hmm, I guess I'm indifferent. Also in this day and age not many honest people in general, he is not a thief mechanic trying to gouge 50 other repairs out of your wallet , other then the one you came to him for .... I have known him for 10 years and brought a few of my used cars to him, and just recently when I brought my 2005 Accord ....which I really thought was TOAST with the engine, (blown out and stripped ejected spark plug, repaired that on my own), but the engine light was still flashing which can mean major engine work, crisis avoided with Jon, got everything straightened out and explained that the engine is healthy just needs a good tuneup, and my battery was shot too! LOL long story short bring your car to him , he's a genius of a mechanic like I said before. A+!!
