I don't understand all the negative reviews for Toyota Universe. As someone who HATES shopping for an automobile, my experience here was somewhat pleasantly surprising. I called early in the morning and asked if they had what I needed, they did so I went 15 minutes later and met with Sam the salesman. I was interested in getting a 4Runner and he showed me all the new vehicles he had. I picked the one I wanted and Sam got the paperwork going. I was in and out within 2 hours with a brand new 4Runner. Sam made the whole thing so easy (and the finance guy too). Truly great service. 3 months later my daughter needed a car (just got her license) so I went back to Toyota Universe. Sam was off that day so I dealt with Roberto. We were interested in a used Corolla. He got us the car for what I was willing to spend. Unbelievable. No haggling, no bait and switch. Again, in and out in under 2 hours. So far, with the experiences I had here and the people I dealt with, without question I will be returning here for future car purchases. There's always a bit of skepticism when one comes in for a routine maintenance visit, because what you expect to be a quick in-n-out appointment, the "full-diagnostics" are run and your magically paying an amount of money that might give you heart palpitations and may stay well an hour - even two. I've been frequenting this business for over the past 5+ years; some days I hold my ground and leave paying solely my oil change, other days I'm unsure if I'm getting or not -- but since I am not an expert of automobiles -- I pay more than I had originally planned. The employees are nice, I get that. But 3 problems since the last visit and I drive only local roads?? Sometimes -- sometimes the math isn't mathing. Hmm, I guess I'm indifferent. Avoid this dealership. Between the sale itself and the post-sale disaster still ongoing, this has been one of the worst consumer experiences I've had. They lied before I even arrived--promising the battery was charged and tires were good on a used RAV4 Prime I drove 90 minutes to see. Neither was true. During the sale, the used car manager pushed a $3,000 warranty using outright false claims (7 years of maintenance, lower sales tax), lowballed my trade-in by rating it "fair" despite its condition, and when I pushed back on all of it, told me he "hopes to never see my face again." The whole process took 5.5 hours, and the cruise control listed on their website was broken--discovered on my drive home. Their response: "Did you buy the warranty?" The post-sale experience was worse. I requested a registration transfer at purchase. After weeks of being brushed off, they processed it as a brand-new registration instead. When my temporary tag was about to expire because of their delays, their rep J. Perez advised me to just drive on an expired registration. My salesman followed that up in writing offering to cover any ticket--which tells you everything about how seriously they take their own mistakes. When I demanded the plates be overnighted (confirmed verbally and in writing via email), they shipped two-day FedEx to arrive on a weekend during a holiday. Five days, not one. My salesman Rodolfo dodged calls and messages throughout, has since left the dealership, and his manager--who tried to push misleading insurance on me at signing--never followed up as promised. I've been calling their Customer Relations Manager for two weeks. Voicemail every time. The copy-paste reply you'll likely see below this review is exactly that. Very disappointing experience. I spoke with Meekah over the phone before visiting the dealership. I specifically asked about the vehicle I was interested in, and she told me there were two available on the lot that day. She also quoted me a price and informed me that, as a recent college graduate, I would qualify for an additional $500 graduate discount. After confirming these details multiple times and being encouraged to come in for an even better offer, I drove over an hour from New York to the dealership. Upon arrival, I was handed off to another salesperson. Additionally, one salesperson greeted me with "Ni hao" upon meeting me. As an Asian customer, I found this inappropriate and unprofessional. Rather than making me feel welcome, it felt like an assumption based solely on my appearance. Experiences like this only added to my discomfort and disappointment with the dealership. When we went outside to view the two vehicles I had been told were in stock, the salesperson was unable to locate either one. I was then informed that one vehicle might arrive today or tomorrow, while the other would not be available for approximately three weeks. What was most frustrating was the amount of time wasted. It took nearly an hour just to receive pricing information, with the salesperson repeatedly going back and forth between me and the manager. By far, the worst service experience I've ever had here & I've been coming here for over ten years. Seasoned Staff just rude, indifferent & so unprofessional. New folks seem to be processing most new people. Older staff seemed busier on phone & talking amongst themselves. Only folks that were nice-the guys who come & tag your car. They tried helping folks but it's very disorganized in terms of customer flow. Nobody making sure that folks standing around are being taken case of. Zero greeting. I waited three weeks before writing this review because I've been afraid something might still go wrong with the 2022 Toyota RAV4 I purchased on October 29, 2025, and I wanted to gather as much information as possible before speaking on my experience. Even though I'm still uneasy, I feel it's important to share what happened. Here it goes... 1. An unnecessarily long and exhausting sales process. I arrived at the dealership at 11:00 AM expecting the process to take, at most, a few hours. I test-drove only one car--the other vehicle advertised on their website was unavailable because it had been "taken apart"--yet I did not leave until after 5:00 PM. A six-hour wait for a straightforward used-car purchase is unreasonable, and nothing in the process justified that delay. 2. Misleading pricing and unclear disclosures. The price advertised online includes what they call the "Toyota Universe Price," which is only attainable *after applying the Toyota Universe Coupon*. What they fail to highlight clearly is that not every customer qualifies for these discounts. The disclaimer--"Not all consumers will qualify for all rebates and/or discounts"--is technically there, but it does not make transparent that the Toyota Universe Price is only for those who finance through them *and* have credit that meets their criteria. I wanted to pay cash, but was told that doing so would push the price up to the "National Average," which excludes the Toyota Universe Coupon. This is not explained clearly online, and customers deserve full transparency before showing up. 3. Financing pressure and questionable loan terms Because I refused to pay the inflated cash price, I agreed to finance the vehicle with the intention of paying it off quickly. Once they ran my credit, a long period of waiting began--again, wearing and unnecessary. I was eventually approved for the Toyota Universe Price, but the APR they offered was shockingly high despite my excellent credit. In reality, the interest rate they push on you cancels out any "special" pricing they claim to provide. It felt like a tactic rather than a service. 4. "Gold Certification" confusion. On their website, the car was marketed as "Gold Certified." However, during the paperwork process I learned it was only "Gold *Certifiable*"--meaning I would have to pay *extra* for the certification and inspection I assumed was already part of the deal. Instead, I relied on the CARFAX report and hoped that the maintenance it showed was legitimate. This is another area where clearer, upfront explanations would protect customers from misunderstandings. 5. Inadequate cleaning and false claims of detailing. I was told that part of the long wait was because the car was getting washed and detailed. When I finally received it, it was anything but. The interior still had fur, a white stain on the driver's seat, dust, and nothing that resembled a proper detailing. Even when I came back two weeks later to pick up my plates--after being told it would then be properly detailed--the result was only a basic wash and vacuum. No shampooed upholstery, no polished wheels, nothing that meets the standard of what "detailing" traditionally means. 6. Immediate mechanical concern. As soon as I drove off the lot after purchase, the tire pressure warning light came on. I had to turn around and have them add air. This was after being told the car had been serviced and would not need maintenance for the next 10,000 miles. This did not inspire confidence, especially so soon after the sale. 7. Empty gas tank on delivery. Within two days--and only about 12-15 total miles driven--I had to fill the tank because it was essentially empty when they sold me the car. For a dealership, this felt careless and unprofessional. 8. Pressure and unprofessional behavior in the finance office. The finance representative was extremely pushy about selling me an extended warranty. When I declined, he muttered comments under his breath about how unwise my decision was--particularly after making a significant down payment--and implied that "anything could go wrong." His tone and insinuations left me wondering what he knew about the condition of the car that I didn't. A customer's decision should be respected, not ridiculed or guilt-tripped. I am sharing this review to increase awareness so that other consumers can make informed decisions before purchasing from Toyota Universe. Once I was connected with Rita, she referred me to Paul,and Rob, who went above and beyond to properly diagnose and repair my vehicle. Their professionalism, thoroughness, and quality of work restored my confidence in the safety and reliability of my car not just for me, but for my family as well. After months of concern, I finally feel secure driving the vehicle, and I am genuinely grateful for the care and effort they put into resolving the issues. Because of them, I would recommend Toyota Universe's service department. That said, vehicles with active recalls should not be sold until all recall repairs are fully completed. Selling a vehicle under those conditions places customers in a position of unnecessary frustration and raises serious concerns regarding the safety and welfare of both the driver and their family. Addressing recalls prior to sale would help prevent situations like mine and better protect customers from avoidable stress and risk. They posted a used 2024 Toyota RAV 4 Plug-in Hybrid online that was advertised ss Gold Certified for a highly competitive price. As a Tier 1+ credit buyer I asked for the Toyota Financial Services (TFS) rate sheet to look at their APR rates. I qualified for a 4.75% APR. Had I not asked for this I was initially quoted 6.9% APR. We then test drove the vehicle and was told it came with no charger, there was no cargo cover, no floor mats, gash in the front passenger tire rim. Now, as a Gold Certified vehicle, it must come with all of the original or OEM parts as if new. I then asked to see the 160 point Gold Certification checklist in addition to the Vehicle Inquiry Report which beyond the CarFax report will show service codes, recalls and any battery degradation if it's a Hybrid or EV. As a buyer, it is your consumer right to ask for this. The Gold Certification checklist showed that what should be in the vehicle, was not there. As you can imagine, this annoyed sales management that I was making these rightful requests. The Director of Operations, possibly Finance then came over and proceeded to want to make a deal asking me to put down 50% on the car and with an 800+ credit score (mine was higher) and an APR% of 6.9%. I chuckled and said the demand was absurd and asked him to once again show the TFS rate sheet. He produced an expired April "hot sheet" that is not whatvI had asked for or what they had previously shown me. He immediately became belligerent and said, had I known all of this I would've sent you down the street to the other dealer. He then said he wouldn't be making a deal with me and asked us to leave. When I asked him for his name, he gave me a false name. We left and I filed a complaint with Corporate Toyota Brand Engagement Center. My advice: do your due diligence when buying a vehicle from them. They were outsmarted and knew it. Otherwise, stay away! read more

People had warned me to stay away from this dealership because they said the representatives were too pushy, but I figured that was just on the sales side of things. It turns out the service department is equally obnoxious. I took my car here on several occasions over the past year or so because it's the closest dealership to where I live. Then I was away traveling for a bit, and I received an alarming sounding voicemail alerting me to "vital information that could affect my vehicle's warranty as a potential safety concern" and that it was "imperative that I call back as soon as possible." So I dropped everything and called immediately, expecting to hear about some sort of manufacturer recall or an urgent repair that needed to be performed. It was neither of those things. Instead, the cause for alarm was that I happened to be a few weeks behind in scheduling a routine service appointment! How ridiculous. And the threats of impacts to my warranty for my 14 year old vehicle whose warranty expired long ago? The customer service representative couldn't give me a straight answer on what she had meant. I suspect she was just reading the same script for everyone she called. I don't appreciate them scaring and threatening customers as a way to retain business, so I decided to go to a different Toyota dealer instead, and I asked them to remove me from their list. That was more than 8 months ago, and they still won't leave me alone! After I posted a negative review on Google, they responded and told me to call the customer relations manager, which I did. I've also called the service department, emailed, and texted them more times than I can remember, and I even filed a complaint with the BBB, but still their harassing calls and emails continue. Just within the past few weeks, they left me three more robocall voicemails and sent me another text. Their latest tactic is to claim that they received a notification from my vehicle that it requires service. Classic bait and switch dealership. We showed up exactly at our scheduled appointment time after confirming every detail about a Certified Pre-Owned RAV4 Hybrid in writing the day before, including the total out-the-door price and confirmation there were no contingencies. When we arrived, they couldn't even locate the car on their lot. After waiting around, they finally found it, and we went for a test drive. So far, just disorganized. But when we sat down to finalize the purchase, the real scam started. Despite having the full pricing breakdown in writing, they suddenly announced that the advertised price was only valid if you: * Have an 820 credit score, * Finance through them at 5.99%, * AND had purchased another car from them in the last 2 years. None of this was disclosed before. In fact, we specifically asked in writing whether there were any conditions attached to the price and were told no contingencies. This was a flat-out lie. When we pointed this out, they just shrugged and said "someone should have told you," and proceeded to push us to buy a brand new car for $36,000+. Once you added taxes and fees, the total was nearly $41,000, for a vehicle we never planned to buy. This is exactly why people hate car dealerships. They lure you in with an artificially low internet price and then invent hidden requirements no reasonable customer could meet. It's manipulative, dishonest, and a total waste of time. Don't bring your Toyota to the mechanic here. Took a Lexus CT200h for an oil change + inspection. The mechanics, advisor AND supervisor couldn't even identify a missing part/hanging underbody panel when it was right next to the oil pan. Like where they have to take out the skid plate and service the oil. I didn't bring it up because it was so in-your-face that I thought it would be mentioned. Anyways, this was back in June and after this, I thought that I would leave it at that and just wouldn't go back. But they have called me incessantly about service (each time I've told them I wasn't interested in) and a warranty (that I'm sure doesn't exist/is a sales ploy) that it pushed me to leave a review. Leave me alone, and do thorough inspections. Because someone might actually know something about their car. Edit: I'm removing a star because I forgot to mention the whole interaction was a huge waste of time. It took 4 hours from start to finish. For an oil change plus back-and-forth with the staff. Including me declining unnecessary services several times ("are you sure" "yes I'm sure". x3 for every suggested point), me pointing out the underbody repair (x2, I also had to go into the bay to show both the mechanic and supervisor the super obvious damaged section), speaking to the supervisor who tried to quickly make up B.S. excuses on the spot, all the way to checking out (also a tedious process for no reason). Overall terrible experience. Edit: It is now 2/7/26 and they're still calling me almost every day despite the 3 attempts I've asked them to remove me from their call/text list. I've also gotten my oil changed since then. The dealer tech overtightened the hell out of my oil filter housing. Hand tight is enough. BUYER BE AWARE!!!!! I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my experience while purchasing a vehicle from your Toyota Universe. The process was riddled with avoidable errors and a lack of professionalism that has caused significant inconvenience, added expenses, and frustration. Below are the specific issues I encountered: Missing Inspection Sticker The vehicle did not include a valid inspection sticker at the time of purchase. When I inquired about this after the transaction, the salesperson, Jorge, stated that it was my responsibility to have the vehicle inspected. He also mentioned that the vehicle had been previously inspected in Pennsylvania, and the sticker was removed because it was not valid in New Jersey. However, I still have not received the license plates or registration, making it impossible to legally drive the vehicle, as I cannot obtain an inspection sticker without those documents. Overdue Maintenance The oil had not been changed in over 12,000 miles. This was clearly shown in the Carfax report, which I was not given prior to purchase but have since reviewed (attached). In addition to the oil, the brakes are significantly overdue for service. Jorge incorrectly claimed the Carfax was provided to me before the sale. Fuel Level at Purchase The vehicle was delivered to me with only a quarter tank of gas. While this may seem minor, it reflects a lack of attention to detail and customer care--especially on such a significant purchase. Only One Key Provided I was not told ahead of time that the vehicle came with only one key. When I asked about this after the sale, Jorge's response was, "Well, it's a used car." Even though it is a 2021 model, this was still a $36,000 purchase. A second key should have been provided, offered, or at the very least disclosed. E-ZPass Left in Trade-In Vehicle I accidentally left my E-ZPass in the vehicle I traded in. While I acknowledge this was my oversight, your staff failed to follow basic procedures by not checking the car for personal items. As a result, I was charged $50 in tolls and had to replace the E-ZPass tag. This could have easily been prevented had your team inspected the vehicle before resale or transfer. Incorrect License Plates and Registration Provided Upon leaving the dealership, we were given another customer's license plates and registration. Had we not double-checked the paperwork, we could have driven off with someone else's personal and legal information. This was a serious error. We had to wait for hours and ultimately return the next day just to receive the correct plates and registration--an unacceptable disruption. I love Toyota vehicles, but I would never put myself through this kind of stress again--not for a $35,000 RAV4, which will end up costing $47,000 with interest. They lure you in with a low advertised price, then claim you only qualify for that price if you have an 800+ credit score. If you don't, they say you must pay the "U.S. national average," which is $5,000-$15,000 more than the advertised price. This is never disclosed upfront. When you try to leave, they suddenly say they can honor the advertised Toyota Universe price -- but then quietly add random, unnecessary fees to bring the total right back up. In my case, a car advertised at $19,800 somehow became over $25,000 before taxes. No other dealership I visited operated like this -- most had at most a ~$1,000 title and registration fee. Toyota Universe added irrelevant charges that made no sense. Luckily, I was smart enough to review all the paperwork a few days after the purchase, because my monthly payments seemed off. When I checked the Carfax, I discovered the car had two odometer rollbacks and two accidents, yet it was sold to me as a Toyota "Gold Certified" vehicle. This car should never have qualified as certified, and I was lied to about its history. During the signing process, while rushing me through a huge stack of paperwork, they changed both the loan term and the monthly payment from what was originally agreed upon, clearly hoping I wouldn't notice. To make things worse, they pressure customers to leave a 5-star review immediately after signing, claiming the salesperson will "get fired" if you don't leave one because of how good of a deal they gave you. This explains why they have so many glowing reviews -- many are clearly written under pressure before customers realize what actually happened. I was eventually able to unwind the deal, but only after going through Toyota Corporate and spending nearly a month going back and forth with the sales manager, who repeatedly claimed he "couldn't do anything" about selling me a fraudulent "Gold Certified" car. They also aggressively target people with low credit, pushing outrageous monthly payments and interest rates just to get an approval, regardless of whether it's reasonable or ethical. After this experience, I went to four other dealerships, all of which were polite, transparent, and upfront, with no hidden fees over $1,000. Because of this place alone, I switched from a lifetime Toyota customer to Honda, and I will likely never buy a Toyota again because of the damage this dealership caused to the brand. Toyota should seriously investigate this dealership for the multiple fraudulent reports I later saw in other reviews. Do not trust these people. Avoid at all costs. After a long back and forth, we settled on an out the door price. All the fees and taxes were clearly itemized. Financing was clearly agreed to in writing. My credit score is 833. Finance guy wasted two or three hours of my time at the dealership repeatedly "asking the manager" i.e. playing with his phone and looking at tiktok in an attempt to wear me down, only to inform me that there was another $5,000 in bank fees to process the financing. These guys are full of it. Very rude and condescending. Just because you bought a cheap suit and a knock off Ferragamo belt, doesn't make you smarter than your customers. Buyers beware coming to this dealership. Online prices are not honored and Toyota finance deals were attempted to be circumvented. Dealership attempted to deny the rate for a Certified Gold vehicle even with tier 1 credit. Price of vehicle was different if you chose your own financing, if you financed through Toyota or if you went with the predatory loan the dealership was hawking. Fortunately for me I have plenty of car buying experience and did not allow them to pray on me with an 11% interest loan. The dealership has refused to provide me with a second key, I've yet got them to provide me with the lid to the windshield washer reservoir and as you can see the vehicle was given to me with a little less than a 1/4 tank. I've had a recall notice on my car since September, and this dealership has not helped me with the fix. I have called many times, brought my car in multiple times, wrote emails that go unanswered, left voice mail calls that are not returned. Shameful. The excuse that Toyota doesn't have a repair for this is completely untrue. Stay away from this dealership. We were in the market for a couple of cars(me & my friend). We were finalizing between Tucson SEL (CP), Mazda CX-5 (S-Pref or carbon edition), and RAV XLE Hybrid -all 2023. We came here on 20th Feb and received very bad customer service. Not everyone buys a car if he visits a dealership, right? We enquired about a used car, test-drove that, and enquired more about the new RAV4 2023 XLE, it was not in stock, so I was not sure about booking this without test-driving. Emily (salesperson) attended us. What I found was, Emily did not have full information about any of the cars (She must be in the learning phase). She needed to go to her managers for any of the questions and comes with answers on her phone notepad. I wanted to see some screens/some brochures to understand the diff bw trims but she mentioned everything on a notepad which was not very helpful. One guy came ( I don't know his name)- he aggressively asked us- "what you are looking for, you tell me and then I'll talk about that car". I replied- you tell me about the diff between the trims and I'll see what suits my need. my answer infuriated him. a/c to him, you must know exactly what you want in your car. If this is the case, god helps those people who don't know much about the car and wants to buy a new one and comes here. Then, here comes the manager - "The MARK". I guess he was the sales manager over there. He came- his attitude was - 'you already wasted Emily's time, final the deal or free Emily so he can attend to other customers. We talked about one number (for RAV4 XLE) and finalized it (I have put $500 deposit, refundable), but his tone was rude and aggressive, and I did not like it. He was rigid, firm, and like "if you want the deal, final one number and we'll talk about it" For this "car shopping", we went to diff dealers. Mazda-Hyundai-Other Toyota dealers- Honda-Acura. Even if we did not like the deal or price (most of the time car was not in stock and the waiting time was more than 2-4 months) -they at least treated us like customers and that's how it is supposed to be. But that was not the case here. For getting the refund: I called a couple of times, and the refund came after 2 weeks. if someone wondering, we did buy one Mazda CX-5 (Carbon edition) from Wayne Mazda and planning to book RAV4 hybrid XLE, but not from here. read more

Extremely Unsafe Brake Failure After Service - No Follow-Up On July 12, 2025, I had all four brakes and rotors replaced at Toyota Universe. Less than a week later, on July 18, the brakes completely failed while I was driving on I-78. Fortunately, traffic was light and I was able to safely pull over to the shoulder, but this could have ended very differently. Because of the failure, I was two hours late to work, there was no loaner vehicle available, and I had to Uber home at my own expense. I didn't get the car back until Saturday at noon. I called Robert M., the Service Manager, at 10:30 AM on Monday, July 21, to find out what went wrong. All he could tell me was that a bolt broke, and he promised to follow up with more details. It's now 6 PM - no return call, no update, no apology. This was a major safety issue, and the lack of urgency and communication is extremely disappointing. Avoid Toyota Universe at All Costs -- Deceptive, Dishonest, and Disrespectful If I could give Toyota Universe zero stars, I would. This dealership intentionally wasted my time, disrespected my family, and engaged in bait-and-switch tactics. I had been in contact with a salesperson named "Rob" at Toyota Universe regarding a Certified Pre-Owned 2023 Toyota RAV4. Rob assured me over multiple phone calls (which I have documented) that they would honor an out-the-door price. He claimed he had confirmed the price with his supervisor and even gave me his direct extension. We agreed I would arrive that evening to finalize the deal. I made it clear that my wife is pregnant, not feeling well, and in a high-risk pregnancy, so I needed assurance the deal would go through smoothly and quickly. Rob agreed. He said he would send paperwork before I arrived. That never happened. When I got there, no one knew who Rob was. No car was pulled up. No paperwork was ready. I was passed around to two different salespeople -- one named Francisco, the other unnamed. They were confused and claimed no knowledge of the deal. My wife even saw internal notes on a screen saying we had been quoted at a certain number. I STILL gave them the benefit of the doubt. I test-drove the car and was ready to buy. Then they brought out the used car manager, Giuseppe Pugliese, who claimed he never approved the deal and would not go lower than the listed price. He gave me an excuse about how "the person who quoted me the deal needed to get approval from someone else" -- even though this mysterious Rob told me it was approved. This dealership had the audacity to gaslight me and dismiss my concerns -- while my pregnant wife sat in pain from the stress of this mess. Rob never called me back, despite me calling multiple times. The last person I spoke to said Rob was away from his desk and would call me back. He never did. This whole experience was dishonest, unprofessional, and inexcusable. Toyota Universe: * Misled me with a fake price quote * Failed to honor an agreed deal * Wasted my time and disrespected my family * Caused unnecessary stress and pain to my pregnant wife * Offered zero accountability I am in the process of reporting this incident to Toyota corporate and I plan on pursuing a formal complaint with the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs. Misleading prices for out of state customers. I wanted to lease a 2026 Rav4 for over 4 weeks now - received an almost too good to be true price - I was told by Michelle that she's waiting on her manager Mark to call me and proceeded to be hung up on every time I called over the course of 2 weeks. On the 3rd week I was able to hear from Carlos telling me the actual cost to lease the vehicle which was double the price Michelle confirmed with me and that the vehicle sold. I don't get it - why lie about it if I'm a customer trying to make a purchase? I was told the vehicle was arriving on Tuesday - Tuesday comes everyone hangs up on me and I can't hear from Michelle and everyone else I speak with at the dealership said they were going to "call me back" and they never did. At this point I'm ready to step away from Toyota all together. This was a horrible experience and all the staff does is lie and pick up the phone with an attitude. TL;DR: Great vehicle, terrible dealership experience. After telling the sales person the specific vehicle I was looking for--I was shown a handful of models in the dealership's inventory. Settling on a maximum price range, we went for a test-drive. Upon our return, I stated that I liked the vehicle and would purchase it. When the sales person returned with the paperwork, the price skyrocketed due to a dealership premium that he "forgot to mention". The premium was more than 20% of the MSRP (and no the "R" in "MSRP" does not stand for RIDICULOUS). FYI--these premiums usually range between 8-10% of the MSRP--anyone can take 30 seconds to google that. We ended up settling on a different vehicle. The cherry on top, they did not give me an inspection sticker, and I had to chase them down for it. Aside from the poor sales experience, the people at the front desk will not greet you, let alone acknowledge your presence. Last time I was directed to a service desk, the woman sitting there was on her phone texting. I asked for assistance and she asked me "who told you to come to my desk"? However, I will say the cashier is always pleasant. On the flip side, you will be bombarded with calls to bring your car in for service. I am talking a month (or less) after you last brought it in. I've called them to rectify the schedule, and each time I assured it has been fixed--they probably don't do sh*t to fix the issue in their system. I received 5 complimentary service appointments with my new vehicle. Once those services are done, I will never enter this "Universe" ever again. read more
