Grilled Pork Chop. Perfectly cooked and delicious!

This is our second visit at this place - and this time I actually managed to look at the space. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The bar is what you're facing as you enter and it is a beauty. Fully stocked, attended to by a capable bartender and offers an opportunity to wait for "your crew" to arrive, should that be necessary.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]As you move into the space, the dining area opens up and that too shows thoughtful arrangement. Well spaced tables, perfectly set[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place was somewhat crowded but the sound level was muted, suitable for dining.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The staff was visible but not intrusive. We were seated promptly, offered the menus and were well tended to. Good menu, the dishes offered well executed. Excellent service, both helpful and accommodating. We got to meet one of the owners this evening. Wonderful! We'll definitely be back.

We dined here for an early Father's Day dinner and got seated quickly. Our server seemed pretty new and a bit shy, but it was alright. The restaurant felt pretty small and cramped, maybe since the ceilings were a bit low. We were tucked at a cozy table with the 6 of us with 2-3 other families in sight. They gave us complimentary table bread and a free garden salad for each entree you order. The salad was actually quite tasty. For starters, we ordered the fried calamari, octopus, and a mushroom, baked clams, and shrimp dish which I forgot the name of. The fried calamari was pretty good, the octopus was cooked well but the sauce was too sour in my opinion, the baked clams were good but on the smaller side, and the mushrooms were very good. For my entree, I got the filet of sole francese which was great. I have no complaints about it. It comes with some potatoes and green beans. The sole was nice and tender, and the coating had the perfect amount of lemon. My dad got the ribeye, and after trying a piece, it was really good considering the price. My brother got the sea bass, which was only $40ish, but they give you a gigantic piece of sea bass. Well worth it. All in all, it was a good dinner. The service was pretty slow at times, and we had to call the waiter to double check things and re-ask for some items because they had forgot to get them for us. That was a little weird since the restaurant was not busy at all.

Great food, drinks and service! Came here two weeks ago for a work holiday dinner and they seemed to have multiple parties going on. The event happening int their private room was a bit loud, but it didn't take away from my experience. The food did not disappoint either. The meat sauce on my Pappardelle Tesoro was perfection. Everyone in my party enjoyed their pastas. I had the best espresso martini here. If you like your espresso martinis sweet and creamy, definitely try theirs! Our waiter was also very polite and attentive. This restaurant has valet parking which seems odd because the parking lot is huge and it would be very easy to park and retrieve your own vehicle. There's also only one person working the valet, so you have to wait in line to get your car back. The poor guy was sprinting back and forth across the lot. It just seems unnecessary. One issue we had that's not related to our dining experience was that none of the three stalls in the women's restroom had toilet paper. It was brought to the hostess's attention by multiple patrons including from my party. We were there for a few hours and the toilet paper was never refilled. Overall, I would eat here again and definitely would return for a cocktail.

A nice Italian place with good food. The ambiance is very elegant. The space is huge. I was surprised at how empty it was. Maybe because it was a holiday weekend. I got the Veal Parmesan without the breading. It was a nice sized portion. The veal came with a house salad and a side of pasta. Talk about an entire meal in one main dish. This place is very accommodating for large parties.

    Carbonara pasta with rigatoni

Fantastic service and great food. We started with the mozzarella sticks which were lightly breaded with a great marinara sauce. I then ordered the carbonara pasta with rigatoni. That was delicious. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Loved the atmosphere and the staff.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Will be back every time I'm in town

Another delicious meal. Service excellent, food off the charts and everything was fabulous. My favorite Italian restaurant in Westchester. Does great parties as well

    Tiramisu!! Excellent!!!

This place is a find!! 10 of us went for NY Eve and we were not disappointed! They sat us at time of reservation even though the entire party was not there! The wait staff has excellent! Very attentive and helpful and kind. Full menu, many choices; pasta, fish, chicken and veal. Large wine menu! I had the veal parmigiana which was delicious! Others had veal chop valdastano, pasta with broccoli and sausage and lobster risotto! Everyone enjoyed their meals! I think the best part was the tiramisu!! It was beyond delicious! I think one of the top 3 I have ever had! Prices are very reasonable!! Will definitely return! And will definitely get the tiramisu!!!

I came here a few times for large party gatherings. A reservation is highly recommended. It is a large place with a private room in the back. Good for family gatherings and parties. There menu has many options. I had the sausage one time and the seafood linguini another time. Average food. There home made tiramisu was good, not overly too sweet, though I wasn't sure if it had alcohol in it because I wasn't able to taste it. Traditionally tiramisu has a hint of alcohol. There is a parking lot, so no need to find street parking.

The restaurant is small and cozy, wait staff was solid. They started with bread and oil which was a nice touch and offered a side soup or salad and both soups (Pasta e Fagioli & Lentil) were delicious. I ordered Eggplant from the pasta menu and received just a baked eggplant. The waiter took this opportunity to explain that it's accidentally under pasta (you would think upon ordering would be the best time to share this info ;). They were kind enough to bring me their other eggplant pasta. Penne, red sauce almost like a vodka sauce but darker and tiny bits of eggplant. My husband ordered rigatoni with meat sauce. He thought his was tasteless and I have to agree. Both dishes were passable but nothing to write home about. Their fish special however looked fantastic! I should probably share that growing up in the 80's near 18 Avenue in Brooklyn, I might be an Italian food snob! I'm not a good cook myself but I think I could have broiled pasta, opened up a jar of carbone and been just as happy with an extra $50 in my pocket, I might also be being harsh because this place gets superior ratings so we were hoping to be impressed and left disappointed.

The drinks were good but let's get down to the food. The bread is great - served warm and very fresh. This was an excellent start. Baked clams - very tasty and a solid portion. Salads - my house salad w/lite vinaigrette hit the spot and my wife enjoyed her Caesar salad. Complimentary w/ entree purchase is a plus! Entrees: my wife had the softshell crab special and my meal was the barramundi w/ cherry peppers over broccoli rabe. WOW!!!! I cook dishes like this at home all of the time but this was a nice change and I'm very glad I went with my gut instinct. My wife capped things off with an Expresso martini and we were off... Thank you to the staff and crew at Dolphin South for a wonderful date night! We will definitely return when we are back in town. 5 stars

Yes, a lot of what I do entails teaching people foods to eat for optimal health, but the actual preparation of the food is a big part of that too. I came to the Zwilling Cooking Studio on behalf of my job, to enhance my cutting skills by taking their "Basic Knife Skills" class. Firstly, the Zwilling Cooking studio is modern and beautiful! There is also plenty of parking. I did not know what I was getting into when I signed up for the course. I didn't even know who Zwilling was before this, so it was a great experience. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by the instructor (unfortunately, I forget his name) and assigned to a "station". It was a small class, probably 12-13 people. We worked in groups of 3 on kitchen islands that were set up with a cutting board, a variety of knives, and some food to practice with. The kitchen itself is bright, modern, and spacious. In addition, the placement of the stations allowed for easy viewing of the instructor. Spacing between the kitchen islands and group members felt a little tight at times, but nothing extremely uncomfortable. During the course, we discussed the companies history, the different types of knives on the market, appropriate uses for different types of knives, and how to maintain your knives. We also received some hands-on experience with knife techniques. Among my most favorite, I learned how to properly hold a knife, how to skin a tomato as well as an orange, and how to prepare parsley. At the end, we prepped a small bag of veggies that we were able to take home and use. In terms of service, the instructor was amazing! Very patient and communicative. Throughout the class, he walked around and observed our techniques, then provided feedback accordingly. He also provided a lot of professional insight from his time as a chef, that really put things into perspective. After the class, we had a chance to shop in their store and were offered a discount on regular priced merchandise. They have a great selection of items including an impressive clearance section. I ended up purchasing a steak knife and paring knife at a steal. The only thing I would change about this experience is the communication regarding registration. You can easily sign up using their online portal however, once you sign up, you don't hear anything back. It would be nice to know who the instructor is and perhaps some information on what to wear or rules in the kitchen, in advance. A reminder or confirmation a few days prior would be courteous as well. Perhaps they do this and I did not see anything (?). Not a big deal but a helpful suggestion indeed. Overall, it was a good experience. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking to build their culinary skills, whether professionally or personally. Zwilling offers actual cooking classes, which I think would be more ideal for couples, friends, or families wanting an authentic culinary experience. I will return for one of those, but in the interim I highly recommend visiting.
