It is a small office with one Dr. (Dr. Tsai). Both the Dr. and the receptionist were very friendly and knowledgeable. They used new looking technology - gone are the days of the "air puff" test. After my exam the Dr. showed me a photo of my eyes and explained what she looks at and what it means for me. While I was waiting for my pupils to dilate I looked at some frames and the receptionist helped me pick some that he thought would fit my face and took photos for me to send to my wife. I didn't end up buying any frames because I'm bad at making decisions right away, but my only complaint would be that the selection was small since it is such a small office, but that was why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 - otherwise I was very happy.

The bottom line for her is patient care and not dollar bills. Of particular note for me is that she's been handling my cataract post op treatment for almost six months dealing with several issues following surgery by my opthamologist. She's turned over every rock to give me the best treatment and has kept me calm during a very scary time for me with my sight. Love her! Understand that all eye care centers struggle with staffing and supply chain issues, and all make mistakes at some point. She ran through all the available discounts for the purchase. I did not even ask and she just automatically did it. We stop by every time we need our glasses adjusted. Sometimes there could be a wait, but every staff member was very efficient and professional.
