He is friendly, knowledgeable, outgoing, and very nice to our children. I always coordinate our plans with him for airport pickup / drop off as well as excursions into town, etc. He has always arrived early and taken us exactly where we needed to be on time, even if weather and road conditions were challenging. The bread was very stale, leading us to conclude that the sandwiches were probably picked up a day or two in advance, definitely not the same morning. We did see some wildlife(bison, sheep, a few elk at a great distance, and one moose, also at a great distance, at the very end of our tour). We were in the cramped, dirty van from 6 am til @ 5 pm!
