The carnitas was not what I'm used to--instead of the shredded, braised pork, it was crispy with cartilage. So can't tell if it was the wrong meat or they just do carnitas differently. The place was fairly busy, so it took about 15 minutes for my food order to be all set. The tacos al pastor had tender lean pieces of marinated pork, cilantro, fresh pineapple, & cucumber in hot double soft tortillas with a green salsa provided. These tacos were so good and had great flavors. The Mexican rice and the soft refried beans & cheese were good sides for the tacos. I will definitely have to stop by here again next time I'm going through Lynn.
