I've experienced high pressure to purchase the membership or the more costly wash and this time I started by saying what wash I wanted and when asked about the membership, told him no that I wasn't interested. I was a local customer for two years. I I've in the neighborhood. the manger would even lend me two dollars, no and then for the bus, iam on a small limited income. anyway I will never go back, I told the lady who was working yesterday it is wrong to offer me or anyone else free sodas or anything else, and I let her know about and ex employee who was fired, who she let's hang out at the store is a thief and a heroin addict. also she let's this homeless man hang out with her all the the time. when I said what I said on the way out she yelled at me and said I dont want to hear your bullshit. she is not to smart there has been people in the neighborhood that she has given free sodas, who knows what else. that talk about that and how easily it is to steal on her shift. I told those people what they are doing is wrong, and what she is doing, is stealing from the owners, and having people hanging out while she is suppose to be working, is also stealing from the owners, she is suppose to be working not hanging out with ex employees or homeless on her shift. not only iam I posting this, also iam getting in touch with the owner to let him know this, but one of the persons that hangs out is a known drug dealer in the neighborhood. read more

They run a business and charge a tiny fee. Sounds fair to me.
