The item I was looking for, they didn't have but went above and beyond to try to help me find it and even suggested another store to try. I was surprised and impressed with their willingness to assist me. If I lived in the area, this would definitely be my home store for adult beverages. I did find another option to which I gladly purchased. These guys are so proud of their store and gave me a bit of its history and, here is a cool fact about this community store, Community Connection: The store has also been involved in local community events, including toy giveaways featuring artists like Nef the Pharaoh. This 7-Eleven is the source of constant grief for this neighborhood: Loitering, fighting, and loud…read moremusic in the middle of the night; endless trash on the street blowing onto our properties; people peeing and pooping outside the building; our house was broken into by homeless people who have been allowed to loiter and go to the bathroom outside the building; and now there was just a shooting in the parking lot in the middle of the day. The employees don't care, and clearly 7-Eleven corporate doesn't either. (This location is owned by 7-Eleven corporate.) It should definitely not be open 24/7. From first look, it ticks all the boxes: Lots of pumps, in the same lot as a drive through Starbucks, it's right by the freeway entrance. But the way it's organized, I saw two near-misses of people backing out of the parking spots outside Starbucks, too close to the area around the gas pumps behind it. The pump kept shutting off every half gallon, it was a joke. Determined to make it work, I tried the catch on the pump (didn't work) then just tried different pressures to keep the gas flowing. After I filled up and moved outside Starbucks. I got seriously eyeballed in the most predatory way by this guy who then parked across the frontage road and watched me from his rear view mirror. There's a weird vibe around this station, I wouldn't stop here after dark.

I hope management takes a step back and works on order accuracy, better communication, and basic customer service.
