There was no greeting when she…read moreanswered and I asked if I could speak to someone about getting a quote and the woman on the phone huffed and puffed several times as if I asked for something completely over the top before finally answering "well...yeah but you're gonna have to wait on hold because there's another customer on the line so I won't help you now." I just said no thanks and hung up. This is the 2nd time I've tried to get a quote and the 2nd time I've experienced this type of customer service.
