So I go up there last week with my car. They brought the car into their shop to look at my door glass and say I need a regulator. They said bring it in and we'll install it no problem. I ordered it, bring it in today and the guy said "who said that?" "No, we can't do that!" I was like wtf. Yawl need to get your story straight. You do this, don't do that. It depends on who is there or they tell you to kick rocks. If that's their word it ain't squat... I assume you'll get the same run around if you need work done or have an issue. Great at what they do! You are not just another credit card swipe, you are a customer that they want to take care of and make happy. I thought my windshield was scratched a few days after leaving Jacob's. They ordered a whole new windshield in case it needed to be replaced and told me to come in and they'd take a look. It was just glued on dirt fortunately, and they scraped it off and cleaned it no problem. The first time I came here it was to fix my front window on my Buick. It was cracked when I got it and I had only seen this place because I had been to the nearby pick and pull for spare car parts. Once I got to the place, there were four garages and people working. It shocked me how often people have broken windows and made me feel less bad. Rapid repair and awesome service. My car was broken into at the Dallas Bath House Cultural Center between 1:55 pm and 3:10 pm. My insurance was going to charge me $500 to fix this. My son found Jacob's and I was there around 4:30. It was fixed within half-an-hour perfectly and the service staff cleaned all the broken glass that I had not been able to clean up. I called and got a quote and ask again to be reassured it was going to be $119. I was a little skeptical at first when I pulled up but don't judge a book by its cover. They were really nice and welcoming. I got my windshield replaced and paid. As I was getting into my car he did tell that they had misquoted me but he just wanted to let me know for the future.
