I completed the first semester with hopes that maybe next year things would be different. Since in my first semester I received my books late (towards the end) and the professor just runs around to the next place to sit down and teach nothing. I paid for my second semester but once I asked for a refund they denied me I spoke with the dean of the university and still lead me with no help I payed for a 2nd semester that was not given there a scam. Half of the things we were supposed to be learning was missing if you ask the professor for something needed to learn he would say someone stole it. I wonder why they could do such a thing if you leave student unattended with tools like that I would want to take them home as well and see maybe if someone else would like to show me how to use them. I'm very disappointed with this class and wish I would have just went somewhere else to actually feel better about my career and more passionate this place will turn you down completely. And let's not forget that I still haven't received my certificate for completing the first semester of the program I had to continuously call and inform them that I never received it I'm serious this place is a joke.

My health is deteriorating and I have zero life and they refuse to help with the pain but yet patient advocate and the medical staff is worried about me using cuss words after 7 months of constant pain rather than getting me healthy and fixing their mistakes. Dr. Punchbhavi tried to amputate my neighbors toe also and he saw another Doctor and with some physical therapy, my neighbor is just fine and didn't lose his toe. Very poor ethics, if they have any at all. If this is what they teach their students is neglect, we are going to have some terrible doctors and nurses. If you can avoid this hospital, by all means do so. Nobody has returned my calls or messages or even attempted to fix me. I should've never went to them. I was active until I went to UTMB, now I'm bed ridden and can't do a single thing. Some times I can't even make it to the bathroom.

Their motto every morning but be, "The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing." and it has been for years. The front desk/advising is completely unaware of the program directors/staff is doing. Poor comunication, website, and organization overall across the school and its programs. If getting started on a path wasn't hard enough, don't count on getting into the nursing program here either, even if you're already a student. The nursing program is understaffed, and the entry-rate is pitiful for how much funding went into this school and the tuition students pay. But, yay! There's a new advising building that isn't even labeled! It is a horrible shame what this school does to people. PLEASE don't waste your money here. Maybe you'll get lucky and get accepted into one of their programs, but definitely apply to multiple schools if you can, because they are in a prime location, with little to offer as far as a accessible successful career-building tools. If you are a good student or professor/teacher, please just come to Galveston College. They are so much more organized, and they actually care about their students.

The Clarion is apart of the Brazosport College in a separate building . Parking is free and zero hassle. Getting in and out of the venue was a total breeze. Seats were roomy and comfortable. Acoustics are wonderful as well. It appeared that most attendees are season ticket holders for the theatrical events, not many hard core concert goers like myself. During the concert the performer (Wynonna Judd) mention that the sponsors weren't into loud music and was asked if the band could turn it down a few notches. Bummer!!. Still an outstanding performance! ! I think they bring in a big performer at the beginning of the season, then the rest of the season plays and the orchestra. I believe the Venue is 600 seats tops! So, not a bad seat in the entire place. My original tickets were Orchestra V but I was able to upgrade to row M, because a kind season ticket holder had an extra ticket she left at the box office. Never hurts to ask!! If you are interested in seeing a performance here The Clarion will not disappoint. Only bad thing no alcohol! So, load up in the parking lot.

Another son has just been told half the classes he took, because of another counselor, were not needed, buy wasted his time and money. The school itself is good, but their counselors are bad.
