I asked if he could install some new taillights that I had purchased and had the dealership quote me a ridiculous price. Lone Star repaired my damaged, installed my new taillights, and installed and wired a set of blackout reflector lights for less than what I was quoted for the taillights. The work was perfect! Unlike other body shops, Don worked with me to get all original Honda OEM parts. They also did a great job with the color match on the paint. I got the fender installed but had trouble with installing the fender liner and aligning the bumper cover correctly. Since I already had the parts, I had hoped they could just finish the job I'd started. When I called, the manager told me they don't work with customer-supplied parts and definitely don't finish jobs a customer started. I am okay with having a policy explained to me as a reason to not accept my business, but his tone of voice and inflection were rude and condescending. Because of his attitude, I will never call G&M again, even if I wanted a shop to perform a repair.
