Enrique rerouted the rain gutter perfectly--no more pooling water. He also repaired our sprinkler system, replacing burst pipes and checking the backflow device. Here's the best part: a home inspector and a plumber completely missed a sneaky underground water leak. Enrique spotted it, showed it to me, and fixed it on the spot and replaced the backflow. Jose and Leticia definitely passed the vibe check so in addition to having them initially work on our drainage and side yard projects, we entrusted them with a revamp of the front and back yards. I'll post about the sides and front later but for now, the back yard turned out awesome. We went with removing the grass and regrading the yard, adding artificial turf and river rocks.
