The actual poor wasn't that bad except for the buried some of the old concrete from the driveway/walkway on the right side of the front of the house. I had to dig that up and get rid of it myself. As you can see by the below, they really sprayed the concrete as high as 6 feet the screen on the patio window, I did if they were going to clean that up and they said that they couldn't because the concrete was wet that I had to wait until it was dry. as you can see in the pictures below, they couldn't take the wood framing off the concrete because some of the workers nailed it to the concrete he explained and that some of his workers were and that he couldn't get them to use the wooden spikes only instead of the nails. I have tried to in contact with R & C construction several times through voicemail and text and through Angie and they have not returned my messages. Overall, I would give them three stars only, decide for yourself.

(see below) We've had several contractors work on this shower over the years, but nothing has stood the test of time. And nothing has looked as good as it does now. First, they back up their work forever. And it gets past on to the next home owner without cost. Second, the price was quite reasonable. Third, they make sure they please their customers. In every aspect, they asked what we wanted and we got it. Forth, wow what they did to ensure longevity! We absolutely believe this shower will never ever leak again. Fifth, everyone was great to work with, even the crew. Sixth, the crew! We'll ask for them by name next time we need them. They are Kirvyn Bravo and Walter Ramos. Finally, the finish - after completion, the drain backed up during the shower's first use. AAT&R sent a plumber out right away. We had a cracked drain pipe at the clean out we didn't know about! Probably didn't show until now because we now have better shower drain water flow??? IDK. But, definitely not AAT&R. But we only had to pay for the repair! Yes, we will use them again, probably without getting other quotes. We believe in them that much. Highly recommended!

We had gotten a quote from a corporate remodeling company before reaching out to Tico and it was astronomically higher and they offered no real customizations so we would have gotten a cookie cutter bathroom for double what I got my dream bathroom for. Firstly - Tamara is amazing! She worked with me from the original inspection, to meeting with the insurance adjuster to monitoring the work and inspecting the final job. Her communication was thorough and timely and really helped with the process since we were out of town for some weeks between the storm and start of the replacement. The crew replaced my roof on the hottest day of the year (I felt so sorry for those guys) and did a great job, including a really thorough clean up afterward. The insurance check came through quickly and I was able to pay them today. They did the inspection for free and never asked for any upfront funds throughout the process. Having some slight (and very old) experience with roofing, it was a well done and timely job from start to finish, despite Mother Nature's best efforts to slow it down with torrential rains for the last week! It has FINALLY been a year since this company did remodeling work for me. Why did I wait so long to…read moreexpress my feelings about the job done? It sent me to the emergency room with an accompanying hospital admission the day after they left our project. In spite of claiming that his crews would return all furniture back to its original location, why did my dining room console appear in the hallway to the master bathroom? I have a sofa in my dining room, blind valances are missing, empty soda cans were left everywhere, my office desk is in the kitchen, the kitchen table is in the great room, so and so forth. Not happy with these issues!! The painters wanted to use their favorite paint. We wanted a different brand, a brand that we have used since we have owned houses. You do not tell the homeowner what brand of paint to use, just use the materials that the owner wants. Granted the project involved quite a bit of work but finding workers sleeping in the closet during lunch was too far over the top. Sticking to the agreed to contract was another sore spot with us. After signing lien waivers that I created, the contractor broke the agreement by asking for money outside of the agreed to payment schedule expressed in the waivers. We should not have had to issue a check to fund his child's birthday party (OBVIOUSLY AND TOTALLY NOT RELATED TO OUR REMODEL) that was a very deep line in the sand. Back to other issues that did not leave us feeling warm and fuzzy. What clothing that had not been boxed up by us was placed OUTSIDE while the floors were being worked on. I guess that is why the workers thought the closets made great bedrooms. I have a number of packages delivered to me each week as I work at home. Just because a box arrives that does not give you (the contractor) the right to start opening the box to see if it was something for the remodel. I had to take it from him (I refuse to even utter his name) and told him that the box contained something personal. Remodeling an entire home is a massive undertaking and it should be done to the owners' specs. Yes, some input into a couple of minor changes is okay but ultimately the persons who run the show are the owners. Will I ever remodel a home again? That is out for debate.
