You'll receive reminder text messages of your appointment, and notification to arrive 15 minutes early. Be aware, you'll be filling out a lot of paperwork, it dug into my appointment time. Being worried, I mentioned to the front desk my concern of the paperwork eating into my hour appointment. She stated not to worry, I would get sufficient time. I met Julia, my PT. She actively listened, was sweet, and friendly. I have a plan of care and exercises for homework till my next appointment. My assessment and appointment with her lasted approx 30-40 minutes. Upon leaving, my appointments were all scheduled for the next two and a half months! Optimistic to get back to my normal activities with therapy.

This living facility is serving; breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the members of this community. They don't get to see behind a kitchen they are just served up just like any other restaurant which means that they are to trust the people who feed them THREE times a day. Let me ask you a question. Would you want your high at risk loved one to be put in a facility that uses the WORST selection of fresh ingredients? Or how about bones and cartilage in your enchiladas for someone who has a hard time chewing or swallowing their meals. EVEN THOUGH they are required to be serving "dietary mechanical" Well, that's what this place sees as their standard and how much they care for your family and staff. I'm not a professional on diet planning considering I trained for only a year and a half but I do know that patients want a little more than 2% milk in their potatoes to be "a healthier option". There's lots more healthier options such as the good ol "cauliflower mash" you CAN make food nutritious and taste decent it's what good chefs do. My fiancé and I made my mother a vegan thanksgiving this year for the whole family. Hence I said "whole family" meaning the most important job for thanksgiving (cooking badass food) was done with NO DAIRY NO EGGS NO CHEESE NO BUTTER. And everyone In my family didn't even know. With all this information, My fiancé was treated horribly coming on board to this facility with nothing but pride, bad cooking techniques, dangerous cooking techniques, zero flavor, expected him to remember everyone's specific dietary needs within the first few training days. I was told by my fiancé from the "manager" of this facility that most new hires leave after the first day or so. Now you know why. It's you. It's management. It's the fact you have no dietary training OR management training and if you have it doesn't show. Just because you stay longer somewhere than someone else doesn't mean you can treat them with no respect, kindness, patience or compassion. I have many snapshots of the caregivers and they are wonderful ones--staff who are kind, gentle and helpful both to me and especially their residents. Most importantly, they spend time talking with them. They know their personal stories and recollections. Of course these qualities of respect for the resident do not come naturally for most, but the tone is set by the director, Danielle Wilson. She is out there on the floor interacting with the residents, though her schedule makes many demands on her. She is always planning and trying to build a stimulating environment. En Su Casa has been a life-saver for my parents, one of whom is 75-years-old and has limited…read moremobility, and the other is 80-years-old. The En-Su-Casa caregiver has worked with my parents for nearly two years. She has helped keep my parents' home clean and prepares nutritious meals for them as well. She also accompanies my parents to doctor's appointments and errands. And she only is with them a total of about 20 hours a week! The caregiver isn't the only great thing about En Su Casa. The staff is professional, resourceful, and communicative. At the onset of our working with them, they provided us all of the information that we needed to be able to choose them among other service provides. And since then, they are always available to us, especially during emergencies. Because of En Su Casa, my parents have been able to stay in their home and not go into an assisted living facility. Though, when it is time for that transition, I trust En Su Casa to provide me with counsel. The staff know the business, and I trust them. I'll add that it took a few caregivers to find the right fit--a total of three--but even those individuals who ended up not staying with my parents acted in a professional manner. I highly recommend En Su Casa to anyone.

Ms. Kelsey and Ms. Kjersten have been amazing, as are all of the staff. He has grown more in the last few months than he did in the previous years. It is amazing. His confidence has grown unbelievably. The way they go about "correcting" sounds or behaviors enables the children to believe in themselves, not doubt that they are able to do something. He used to say "I can't do that" or "that sound is too hard" but now he knows that he is able to do anything he tries! He loves going and leaves feeling empowered every time. Our daughter also started speech here with Ms. Melissa and she begs to go to speech every day! She is the kid that cries when Mom leaves her anywhere (including at home with Dad) but she runs into her "class room" without a glance back. Her speech is improving already! They are called Connections Therapy for a reason, they truly care about the connection they have with every child and every family member. I cannot say enough good things.

No one at front office, checked in on QR, waited about 10 mins for someone to come take a payment…read more(perhaps checking insurance etc). No one in waiting room at this time. Then, waited another 5 mins or so for to take me back to sit in a room for more than 20 minutes to get out. Urgent care isn't so urgent..... not sure why someone has to wait that long when no one else is in the office. Can hear staff congregating and laughing etc.
