Hoped it was nothing - but knew it probably was - so after a restless night headed here at 6am!! From the moment we entered and the person at the front desk explained all the paperwork, charges and process - to the care I received - and in less than one hour I had received x-rays, an unfortunate but expected diagnoses of a broken foot and left with crutches, a boot and a care plan ! It was fast, excellent care and turned an unfortunate injury into an easy experience ! Would not hesitate to come here again should we need urgent care!

How can this be allowed? How is this medically ethical. Taken an oath my ass.. I'll be moving on, so go ahead and write off the balance due, cause you aren't getting my money now..

He showed my the x-rays, which show extensive damage. The surgery center and staff were great. I had no fears or concerns go into my first surgery or my second. They had my up and walking before I went home. Dr Kaiser's office staff was on the ball about getting me all the meds I needed before my surgery and after when I would run out. I meet with his PA-C Michael LeDoux after the surgery's and got the all clear. I am now 8 months out on my left knee and 3 months out on my right knee. I did PT for my left knee and I am doing PT for my right knee know, almost finished. I feel a 100% better then every. I have gotten my quality of life back. I am able to do more and more every day. I wouldn't change anything about my surgery or recovery. I just don't know why I waited so long!

Jose Ortiz, the doctor I had is great…read more Some of the staff I worked with is not. Dr. Ortiz gave me the right meds just by listening and then looking at the ER papers. I had a doctor at the ER that with all the tests done and the same info I shared, he did not give me the right antibiotic. I had a serious infection and high fever for a week and he doubled the antibiotics I had before I went to the ER... yes, and was charged 1k after insurance. Dr. Ortiz Saved another trip to the emergency room or something worse. I would take a good doctor even if it meant having to deal with some issues with the staff, it might just be uncomfortable to be in that position if you are in need of efficient staff. If you are, the manager resolved my issues when they were escalated, she was kind and made sure everything was okay.

Minimal wait. Processed quickly. My phone call to schedule my appointment was courteous, professional and quick. I love Dr. Baker, quick to correct she's a nurse practitioner (UIW, and women's college in TX). She is Sharp, concise, charismatic, thorough. I like her because I immediately gained a sense of trust. Blood work, EKG, urine sample, and scheduled a Cologuard poop in a box. Thyroid test is also planned. I'm telling you my life story Because that's how thorough they are. Is yours? No regrets. A few months ago they got two new ones and our normal one left. The new PA Brandi is ridiculous. She's condescending & unreasonable. I saw her a day or two ago and explained to her that I'm losing my health insurance for 60-90 days because I'm changing jobs. She kept wanting to refer me for physical therapy & a clinic...WHAT INSURANCE AM I GOING TO USE?!?!! I repeatedly told her I wasn't going to have insurance & she continued to insist on treatment rather than medication & I get it that's probably better for me but I'm not going to have coverage to maintain it. The previous PA's were amazing & I hate that they moved on because the new ones are terrible!
