This company is lacking friendly service over the phone. One of the cleaners did not show up 2 weeks ago. No call, no text..nothing. I have asked for a refund 5 times and still have not received one. My family has been using Texas Cleaning Services for a few months now. The first appointment was for a deep clean and each subsequent weekly cleaning has been a standard clean. The deep clean team did a great job. The following week, the experience was less than stellar, but working with Jacob, he arranged to send a thorough, experienced person the following week. Miss Claudia arrived for about two months in row with a kind smile and was very sweet to my curious, 18 month old daughter. The last few weeks, we've had different people. Everyone has been very kind. Each person has been willing to use my steam mop to finish the floors. It's been a great experience. read more

I have used this company 3 times and the first time the cleaner came they did not have a vacuum or several other cleaning products, we allowed them to use ours however we did not get a discount or refund for products used, the did take their time but was here for 4 hours. The second time the cleaners showed up they were an hour past their show time and did a minimal job, there was still trash in two trash cans and several areas were not cleaned including several windows. This last time I had set up a date and time, my credit card was charged for the full amount the night before the service was so post to be done but the morning of the service I received a text stating that the cleaners were running behind and would be at my home later in the day with a time. The cleaners never showed up at the later time and that the service was cancelled, they were going to be refunding my credit card within a few days but it never was. I called several times to inquire about not receiving the refund and with out any responses I had to call the credit card company to report it as a fraudulent charge for lack of services. read more

Paid $350 ($10 coupon) for a Deep Clean service including extra charges for baseboards, inside oven, inside cabinets, etc. They sent one person who arrived at 9 and left at 12:30-1. There is absolutely no way one person can do a deep clean in that amount of time (2,300 sq. ft. house). We not only did not receive a deep clean but I would not even have considered it a standard cleaning. 1. Baseboards were not cleaned 2. Stairs were not vacuumed 3. Dusted AROUND things leaving clearly visible dust 4. Oven still had residue at the bottom 5. Was easily able to scratch off grime left in the shower 6. Shutters not cleaned 7. Stainless steel fridge looked worse than before. And this is only the list of things I noticed. After reaching out to the company for a credit, willing to pay for some of the work that was done (standard cleaning), they responded that they would credit us $70. Letting them know that we were interested in being a potential repeat client and willing to pay for great service, a company that cares about their work and customers would have AT LEAST credited half of the total amount (regular deep cleaning charge was $150) out of good graces and to try to win a customer back through great customer service. A $70 credit when we were being gracious to even pay for the sub-par work is not ok. After talking to friends and doing more research there are people who charge $150 for a day and do really great work. Do not use this company and do a little more research to find someone who cares about their customer and deserves the work during this time. Update: After posting this review on Facebook and Yelp in order to warn future customers, the company replied with an apology and willing to make it right. I am updating this review as I know we are all in hard times right now and would never want to harm a small business if this is not a reoccurring issue with other clients. I have used Texas Cleaning service for a few months. Every month there are different ladies coming to my house to clean. I was very happy about the first cleaning but the last few cleanings they have completely skipped the range hood when I specifically asked them to focus on the kitchen area. I noticed that they have scooped some of my Shiseido skincare products from the jars I left out on my bathroom counter. It was very noticeable because they are new jars. They also left shoe prints on the first floor. They are also noticeable because we are an Asian family and we do not wear outdoor shoes in the house. read more

Run- this is the worst cleaning service and their coupon they advertise is not honored. Dishonest people working and terrible cleaning crew sent. Last minute changes, arrived so late, ruined entire day and crap job. Then to not even honor the $10 off coupon you advertise online after multiple talks, calls etc. saying you would credit it back. then providing bull crap documentation to the credit card company because you don't itemize your receipts. A screenshot with your $10 coupon still showing should fix this lying ass company. Oh and they charge a tax that is not listed that no other service does. Like I said run. Do not use this business for your cleaning needs. They have several "add-ons" that you can add to your cleaning requests (cleaning insides of drawers, etc), each of which adds $$ to your total cost. I purchased several of these only to have none of them performed, and the "deep cleaning" I paid extra for was also not performed. I sent pictures and evidence to the company, and Adam, the manager, promised to offer a refund and a re-cleaning to make it right. Six weeks and four unanswered emails later, there has been no refund issued and no re-cleaning rescheduled. Please spare yourself this frustration and use a more reputable company, or ask neighbors/friends for personal recommendations. This experience has been incredibly disappointing. read more

I had a very bad experience using this company and would never use them again. I recommend you don't either. I hired them to do a move out clean for a rental property i lived in. They acknowledged the things i wanted done but did not do any of them. When i went to check their work it looked like they had swept and MAYBE mopped. that is not worth $400. Then Midway through Jesus calls stating she needed to leave to pick up her child I'm a single parent so okay that's fine he then says so can she finish tomorrow ? 357$ is exactly what I was charged for her to come back ? No I need this done today. She comes back with her son which was totally fine with me. I do a walk through & the showers hadn't been touched nor the window seals. When I asked had she done them she looked me in the face lied & said yes ma'am. I just kind of looked at her & said ok. I sympathized with her. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTSI booked an end of lease clean for July 1st 2022. The clean was very sub standard with many parts not cleaned. A summary of what was not cleaned at all: All doors , all kitchens and bathroom cupboards inside and out, all light switches and power sockets, all skirting boards, downstairs floors, all hanging lights. I initially called every day for 3 days to escalate requesting the job to be finished. I was eventually asked to contact a customer service email. Another 5 days and no response. Eventually 9 days later (July 9th). I received an email agreeing that it was a substandard job and they would revisit which I accepted and asked for a date for the revisit. A further 4 days later (13 days since first complaint) I again have had no contact and no date for the revisit to finish the end of lease clean. The owner of the house I was leasing has now taken the issue into their hands and asked a different cleaning company to do the end of lease clean and will take the fee from my security deposit. Given that I cannot wait forever and I gave the company 2 weeks to resolve the issue, I now require a full refund due to my security deposit now being used by the owner to clean the house for new tenants. What also concerns me is the ethical standards of Texas Cleaning Services. On the day of the clean, one woman and a child turned up to clean a 3500 sq ft house. I checked after an hour and the child was working which I am sure is illegal. The end result of them being at the house honestly looks like they were never there. I paid $600 up front at time of booking. After emailing the company 6 times and calling them 4 times over the last two weeks and giving them ample time to finish the job, I now require a full refund which I am not getting. First pass was a miss (didn't do a deep-clean on a deep-clean booking) and after communicating with the service they sent out someone to re-do the job who handled it very well. The 2nd person to come made our bathroom tile / grout cleaner than I have ever seen it and was super thorough in our kitchen. The service provider was leaving and asked if everything was okay.  I looked and found my home was not dusted at all.  Bathroom counter was not wiped down.  My guest bathroom tube was not cleaned.  My floors  and baseboards were not cleaned.  She ran a wet wipe over my floors pushing dirt/dusty into the corners.  I am very disappointed in this service.  I can't recommend this cleaning service to anyone. read more

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! Their staff is incompetent, rude and disrespectful. And the Manager Adam does not respond to calls or e-mails. He is also not helpful in any way and I found him to be a liar. He lied to me about giving me a full refund. I'm now disputing the charges with my bank for a second time. He lied and told the bank that I did not contact them in a promptly manner even though I started calling, texting and e-mailing them pictures and complaints the same day of the cleaning. I have now provided all the proof to the bank. I hired Texas Cleaning Services to clean my rental house prior to me moving in because my home is being remodeled. I expected a deep cleaning for the price of $350. It's a small home, 2 bedroom and one bathroom. A woman arrived with two young kids wearing their pants below their underwear. I did not judge and went about my business. While they cleaned the house, I went to the gym around the corner and told her I would be right back. She was probably there about an hour and a half or less. She left without allowing me to do a walk through of the home, as I was told I was going to do. When I came back home, I started seeing areas that were not cleaned properly all over the home. Very obvious areas! The mantle above the fireplace, the windows, the bathroom shelves, the sink, the bath tub. None of the surfaces were wiped down. The kitchen was barely swept. It was a horrible job! I was livid. I had to get on my knees and scrub the bathtub myself. I ended having to clean a house in the middle of a move and when I tried to contact the manager, it took him 4 days to respond with an e-mail offering me another cleaning. Thereafter it took him 6 days to contact me again despite several calls, texts and e-mails. The woman that cleaned my home, Sade, was rude and disrespectful. She left without allowing me to do a walk through, as agreed upon. When I got home and saw the horrible job she had done I called her and texted her and she refused to come back and do the job I had paid the company to do. She told me to call the company which I did, immediately! I was told that they were booked and they could not come back until the following week. I told them it was unacceptable because I needed the house cleaned prior to me moving in. I contacted them several times over the weekend demanding my money back. I sent pictures, e-mails and I did not get a response from the manager until days later. I have all texts and e-mails. Using this company was a horrible experience! I have spent numerous hours trying to contact them. Their customer service is the worst and they hire people off the street that do not want to work. Called less than 24 hours to move appt from 8am next day to noon. Didn't actually show up till 1pm and neither person spoke English. I asked for Move out clean and tried to call, text and use chat with company during cleaning to verify as I could already tell it was not a move out clean that should have taken 3-4 hours. After only 1.5 hours cleaners left. Base boards had not been done, sinks were still dirty, a toilet wasn't clean and overall not what was agreed. They charged more than the quote online. I have been trying for a week to get company to contact me to adjust price based on what was actually done. Have called and emailed with no response. I would advise not to use this company. Do not stick to schedules they set, do not do the work as promised, and do not work to make things right when situations like above happen. read more

So this is actually my first time using a cleaning service and I must say it was wonderful! My wife and I work so much that we can keep up on the light stuff but deep cleaning is hard to get too. So I did some online searching around Pflugerville and found Texas Cleaning Services. I contacted Jacob and he was extremely polite and professional. He explained everything to me and I was convinced. I chose the deep clean for our first visit and just wow! We came home and our house was so beautifully clean. The floors, the baseboards, microwave, oven, our fridge! The bathrooms. Just amazing. I was thinking about switching to just the standard plus but we really enjoyed the deep clean aspect. We will be using them every month for sure. * update- we've been using them for a couple months now and are still in love with them! Our house was cleaned like it was their home. I wish I could give an honest review on the company's work. I was in a bind, had company coming in, and I needed to go to the ER. I called and they were able to schedule a same day appt. I was thrilled! I put off the ER, so I could meet with the person coming over, and my appt time came and went, after an hour and a half, I called them to find out why no one showed. Turns out that person had been in an accident, but no call from anyone letting me know they wouldn't make it. The staff was very nice on the phone, and very accommodating, but someone dropped the ball, in a big way. read more

I have tried out two different cleaning services and was less-than-satisfied with the results. Communication and managing expectations was what was missing from the last two cleaners, so I'm thrilled my first service from TCS was excellent in both of those areas. Lylliana arrived on time, gave me some helpful tips to reduce mildew and mold, and did a very thorough job of cleaning all the rooms in my home. She worked faster than my last cleaners too and checked in with me when she had questions. EDIT: I received a call from Jacob (who informed me he is the manager, not the dispatcher for this company) shortly after writing this review. During the call, Jacob attempted to convey that he was apologetic about his conduct and my experience with his company. He also offered compensation for the hassle and ordeal. As part of the compensation, he asked that I update my review, and I believe that is only fair, since he did attempt to make things right. I am also increasing the rating from 2 stars, to 4. But I am still going to leave my entire prior review, so that others can see what they may be getting into with this company, and also because there has been another review where a complaint was made against Jacob and his customer service (perhaps there is a trend of misconduct there?). Either way, I appreciate Jacob taking the time out to reach out and try and make things right, but I also believe that if you provide the best service the first time, you don't have to rectify the mistake. ---------------Original Review-------------- I wish I could have gotten the A+ service everyone seems to rave about but the customer service side of the business is awful. The cleaning ladies were great and did a great job and if I could just deal with them going forward or for booking future appointments, I would happily use Texas Cleaning Services again. But their dispatcher/front desk person, Jacob, is AWFUL. I initially made the appointment using their website on March 28th for an appointment same day. Jacob called me and told me that he is not sure why the website allowed me to schedule that since it was not available but that I could be rescheduled for another appointment 5 days out. I accepted the appointment, hoping to still give them a chance, although I thought it was strange that their online scheduler would show a long LIST of times for same day appointments that were not available. Day of the rescheduled appointment, I get a reminder email about the appointment, okay great. I guess they didn't get the email, because they didn't show up. They didn't show up until I called, was sent straight to their voice-mail and told to send them a text regarding my concern. I sent a text message to the number I had called, that the cleaners were over an hour late, and I would honestly prefer to cancel at this point. Magically, I got a call from Jacob, who told me that the cleaners were running behind and would be there shortly. I asked him if I could  have some sort of discount for my inconvenience? Jacob stated he would give me ten dollars off and hung up. I want to point out here, I would not have minded if the ladies were running behind, but I would like a courtesy call of some sort to be notified as to what's going on. And because my previous appointment was lost in their system essentially, how was I to know this one wasn't too? The ladies showed up and did a great job, no complaints there. After the appointment, I noticed I had been charged MORE than agreed upon for the appointment. I also noticed that they failed to send me an emailed invoice when they charged my card. I called Texas Cleaning Services today and was told I had to email them to request an invoice of my appointment. Which I find ridiculous. Every other place automatically sends you an email when they charge your card and this business requires you to hunt them down to ask them to send it to you. When I finally received the invoice, I realized why they didn't send it to me, I was not given the agreed upon discount that Jacob had promised and was also charged miscellaneous "taxes and fees". After all the hassle, I will never use this service again and will not recommend them to my friends, family, or neighbors. read more
