I'm over an hour and a half into waiting for a normal load to dry- two pairs of jeans in it tops- just tshirts and socks and things otherwise. No reason why it should take this long. I moved it to another machine and it's still having to go longer. Clearly there's a maintenance issue. On top of that now that I e been here longer than necessary, I'm hauling what I have gotten dry and folded and they're already CLOSING AND LOCKING DOORS. My hands are full my car is parked by the door because I have mobility issues as it is. And I get all the way to the door to discover it's inconveniently locked. Now I have to haul everything further for whatever reason. They don't close for another hour. This used to be a pleasant reliable place to go but definitely not now.

It has never felt like this since I've been going up there There was trash along the walls. The trash cans were almost over running and they had a leak on the washer and dryer. I want the washers by the front door and the attendant there that day he just threw down about three towels over the spill and didn't even bother to clean it up right then he went back to what he was doing to me. You need to take care of something like that cause someone could slip and fall well today Friday on Good Friday I went back up there and there was a woman working and it felt so clean in there. She had all the baskets in order they were in their place. The floor was swept up. It just felt like it did when it first opened up, and I thanked her so much for her hard work and told her how much I appreciate her keeping the place so clean.

I knew the washer was too big, but I wanted to make sure it moved freely and was clean. It truly did the trick! Dryers are huge and work great! I love that there is a reverse option for drying....that really helps when dealing with a big blanket like mine. The attendant was nice and helpful. When I dropped off my dry cleaning they wouldn't give me a quoted price or estimate. I asked them how much each item was the price the older woman gave me was lower than what I was charged. I asked why that was and she lied again saying that was what she originally told me. Even with the supposed discount it was still significantly more than other shops I've gone to in the past. The only feedback I do have is for more consistent timing on when the text message is deployed if at all possible. I sometimes receive the text on Sunday when I am not at work so I have to put a reminder in my phone to check when I get in on Monday. Not a huge deal, but this is the only thing I would change.
