I've been a loyal customer of this car wash for over four years, and my husband holds a membership here. However, my most recent visit was deeply disappointing and has led me to reconsider my patronage. I visited with a coupon in hand for a 15% discount on a synthetic oil change, which included a complimentary car wash. Right from the start, the experience was unsatisfactory. The staff member handling my coupon failed to exhibit basic customer service etiquette. He didn't bother to check the coupon details and, surprisingly, didn't return it to me. When I inquired about this, his response was not just unhelpful but also unnecessarily aggressive. This encounter wasn't necessary. Then while we we're vacuuming our car, another staff member approached us, demanding we turn down our music. Not only was our music at a reasonable volume, but also, we noticed that we were singled out for this, as another car with louder music was not approached. This felt like discriminatory. What troubles me the most is the stark contrast between this visit and the quality of service we've known and appreciated in the past. The first staff member's demeanor was particularly off-putting; he appeared disgruntled and seemed to take out his job dissatisfaction on customers. Given these experiences, I regret to say that I will no longer support this business. It's crucial for a service-based establishment to maintain not only the quality of their offerings but also the professionalism and courtesy of their staff. This car wash has unfortunately failed in this regard. I'll be seeking services elsewhere and would caution others to consider the same if you want to handle rudeness then go for it. read more

This carwash is the worst place in the history of mankind. It is owned my a selfish man who doesn't care about anyone but himself not finna say any names *cough cough hank.. but anyway the staff doesn't wear gloves or mask. The conveyer is always messing up, including the pay station. The fast passes don't work. Sometimes when you put the money In it won't count all the money and say you owe money. Joe the Nigerian lookin fella was very rude when I asked him to push my passenger side view mirror. Then I seen him put his hands on another co worker and the co worker looked like he was ready to whoop his ass. My daughter came got her car wash here on her birthday and she said Joe told her they don't do birthday washes which we later on founded out it was false information. She face timed me and showed me how she was stuck in the tunnel for almost 10 minutes. Not to mention it was her birthday and she was in a rush and she had to pay. This carwash is a joke. It was better off as a full service. I will never come over here again and I recommend the same for everyone. I'll give this place a 0 star if I coul. read more

Extremely poor customer service and response by owner. Two attempts to contact customer service with no response. Poor review on their website and owner Hank responds with how upset he is and how he was going to meet with his staff and extremely RUDE employee Don and get back with me. What a joke! That response was just for show in case anyone reads the reviews. It's been 3 weeks and still have not heard from him. All I wanted was a chance to speak with management about a poor experience I had but now it has turned into a message I want others to hear about this place. I see from the reviews on this site that this place has definitely gone downhill with a lot of dissatisfied customers. I used to be a long time customer. I chose the basic "wash and go" option, but unfortunately, the pre-wash soap didn't seem to reach my car, and the drying wind felt much weaker than usual. When I brought these concerns to the manager on duty, he assured me the pre-soak system was working, but acknowledged there was an issue with some drying blowers. I had an awesome experience at Texas Express Car Wash! The place is always clean, well-organized, and the equipment works great -- my car came out spotless and shining every time. What really sets this location apart, though, is the customer service. Jeff, the manager, goes above and beyond to make sure every customer leaves happy. I love this car wash! It is family owned and operated and it shows. They take great pride in maintaining a not only a clean establishment, but one with the latest and greatest equipment. I was thrilled with it before, but even more so now. I can get in and out with a shiny, clean car in a matter of minutes. I recommend the membership, you can go as many times as you want. Came in for an oil change, an inspection and car wash and was greeted with excellent customer service. Knowledgeable friendly staff. The manager took the time explain what was going to be done and how long it would take. They went above and beyond and even fixed some cracks on my windshield. We will continue to come back.
