It's not great but it's good. Your car won't be super clean on the inside, they don't always wipe down well on the interior or vacuum to perfection. But it's decent. I still come here cause it's cheaper and faster than a full detail. read more

Have been going to this car wash for several years but all to often finding the car needs another wipe down otherwise the hard water they use streaks after departing. If not handled immediately the spots harden and the streaks are harder to remove. When complaining, was told there is nothing they can do. His attitude was take it or leave it. But there is: use soft water equipment, use air to blow out excess water and do a better wipe down. read more

They do a good job for a reasonable price. Go during the week or plan to be dropped off on a weekend. Long line.

I was amazed at the employees. They work hard and are genuinely nice people. I will happily give them my service again.

Updating my original review. I've been a dozen times and the last 2 times the quality of wash and "extra clean" has really gone down. I just got home and noticed missed spots, the interior of the windshield and dash wasn't even wiped down. $50 for a car wash and interior cleaning I'd expect a little more. read more

If you want to wash your car again when you get home, this is the place for you. They used to be real good, not anymore. I went about a year ago and had a bad wash. I haven't been back since but thought recently I'd try again. Mistake again. I won't be back. Spots all over my doors, the front bumper still has bug juice on it and I wiped dirt off of my grill when I got home. Not even a shine on the car make emblem. read more

Worst car wash ever. I paid 40+ to wash, vacuum and wipe down the inside of my vehicle. Horrible job! It looks like then wiped it down with a dry rag. My doors were dirty, cup holder was dirty, nothing was really sprayed with chemical. I will never take any of my vehicles to this place again. read more

I'll never visit this establishment again. I was traveling to the nearby mister car wash when I saw this business. I decided to help a small business out because why not? A very wrong decision to make. Somehow a recently purchased cold and unopened canned drink exploded on my new truck's back seat while the interior was being cleaned. Instead of cleaning it, the workers only stated that it exploded on its own and walked away. So I was forced to pay an additional fee for a small area of seat to be cleaned. I went to spend $35 but after $100 my truck it still filthy. I could've done better with CHEAP hand sanitizer and napkins. read more

I've been a regular customer for two years. I work in the same shopping center of the car wash. On Feb 2nd, I had a car wash then it rained the same day. I was told there is a rain check policy of 24 hours. On Feb 3, 0900 (normal operating hours), the car wash was closed due to rain again. On Sunday feb 4th, I went back (0900) for the rain check car wash and I was told I would have to pay $25.00. They did not honor their rain check policy. I was told by the man at cash register only 24 hour policy for rain check. He dismissed my explanation that it was raining the next day. He didn't care that I was a regular customer spending thousands of dollars the past two years and endorsing sparkles car wash to other store owners in the same shopping center. These are poor business ethics and not wise. There are other options for car washes that will appreciate my business. read more

I asked them if they're ceramic coat safe and they said yes. However, after getting my car wash, my truck is full of entire swirls and hairline scratches that was never there before. I know because when my truck was coated they had removed all of that. Now, I have to go pay a few hundreds to get the swirls and scratches removed. read more

I ventured out from my normal place I go to for my car detailing because I needed something by my house. I paid for extra cleaning of my interior and go out to check my car and it was not the job I was expecting. I told them I paid for the extra interior cleaning and they said there was no sticker on my car. (Why would I like about that??) they check with the cashier and the cashier said I did. They did rectify by cleaning the interior more thoroughly, so that was a good thing and were apologetic about it. In the end I am still happy with the cleaning they performed but I I would caution you to check over their work to ensure you are getting what services you bought. read more

The staff were very helpful in choosing the right services for my car, and were transparent about pricing of the different services upfront. I dropped my vehicle off and returned a few hours later to pick it up. My car was completed by the promised time, and it looks amazing! This was one of the best hand wash and shampoos I've paid for. The best car wash in town. So detailed with the most basic wash! And boy are they fast!

Prior to covid I've seen a decline in quality in both cleaning exterior and interior. As I always like to support small business I continue to take my car. Today, I spent an extra 15mins wiping down the interior/carpets and notice the exterior was still dirty. When I notified the owner he's reply was, "you've spent an extra 20mins cleaning your truck in my truck and now your complain about the dirty exterior. You are now a problem." These guys have terrible customers service and zero intention of providing quality work. read more

I did the basic car was with the extra interior detailing. My car was clean and looked good. The problem i had is they detached both of my sons car seats without telling me. I drove both of my boys with them not fully connected. Thank god we weren't in an accident or anything happened. Luckily I noticed first thing this morning. It is NOT ok to detach car seats unless it is requested by the owner. It is a huge liability without notifying the owner that you detached them. I went and complained and they told me they had to do it to clean it. If that was the case, they should've notified me! read more

Came to get my new Lexus to this car wash and they did a half ass job. The interior of my door ended with a scratch and the panel of the front mirror. Water marks on all my red leather. Came back to talk to the manager who said he could not to anything that my new car was like that already and I've only had a for a week. I've gotten increasingly lazy the older I have gotten so I don't mind paying someone to do the hard work for me. I've been to Sparkles twice and both times I think they did a pretty amazing job. I've only gotten the basic car wash, which is $19. They do all that I need them to do, which is clean the outside of my car, including the wheels and vacuum the inside. They also do a light cleaning of the dash and seats. Each time I have come, my car has been immediately serviced with several different workers attending to it. The whole process is pretty efficient and I had to be out of there in less than 15 minutes. What I especially love about this place is that they give you a punch card! I love punch cards - definitely a nice incentive to keep coming back. FYI, they have a little waiting area, which is nice if you don't want to stand around outside while waiting for your car. read more
