I've recommended them to my friends and neighbors, given them 5-star reviews, and kept coming back to them. But recently they did something that's left me in shock. I had a common clog that I wasn't able to fix on my own. Sosa came out to investigate. In the process, it turns out they dropped a piece of equipment into my pipes that clogged it further. They didn't notice and couldn't figure out what the clog was, so they gave me an estimate for $6000 to dig under my house to clear it. I told them to hold off. I had another company come in to take a look. They said there was some sort of obstruction. After working a couple of hours, they pulled it out and discovered it was another plumber's equipment. And then charged me $600 for removing a foreign object. So now I'm out $600 because of Sosa's screwup - a screwup they wanted to charge me $6000 to fix - and my original clog is still there! My sink still doesn't drain. And it's not the mistake that has me so furious - things happen. It's that they won't take responsibility for it. When I called and explained the situation, the most they would offer was a $100 COUPON for my next service with them! I tried escalating, but after a single round of phone tag, they've gone silent. So beware this company - they tried to charge me $6000 to fix a problem they created themselves, and then refused to compensate me in any meaningful way when I cleaned up their mess with someone else.

I had a gas problem, and some plumbers work on gas issues, and some do not. Sean did, and in March of 2024 he came to my house to fix a gas leak on some gas porch lamps. Except he did not fix the problem. What he did made it worse. I never used the gas porch lamps after his "repair", until 9 months later, in December 2024. The house stunk of gas when I finally used the porch gas lamps last month. So the leak was still happening. And it was worse. It took a very long time to get Sean to reply when I first worked with him in March 2024. He is not very responsive. It was even worse trying to get him to come out and fix the gas leak which he made worse. He said his work was warrantied for 1 year, so I was anxious to get him out ASAP. It takes me anywhere from 2 to 5 tries to get Sean to reply. He finally came out, confirmed there was a problem, and said he'd fix the gas leak, under warranty. It was still going to cost me money, becuase the leaking valve he needed to access were behind the wall, that meant cutting into the drywall, and then patching and painting the hole. He would do the plumbing repair under warranty, but I was going to have to pay for the drywall patch and paint. Whatever....let's get it fixed. But I have been chasing Sean for two months. Literally two months of excuses and non-replies. He's been sick. He's been busy. He's had other more important jobs. And I've had a gas leak! I finally called another plumber, who does work on gas. I could not wait for another few months. He came out same day. He fixed the leak same day. And he pointed out the mistakes that Sean made. I had to pay to $1,500 fix this all over again, to pay for Sean's mistakes. And now I'll have to pay someone probably another $200 for the patch and paint. I'm going to be selling my house and I needed to get this fixed urgently. Not to mention the fact that gas leaks are a serious safety hazard. Now I feel that I can pass on this house to the new owner and say that everything has been buttoned up and fixed, and I'm not leaving them any major problems. No thanks to Sean. If you want to blow your money and get a lot of excuses, and then hire another plumber to come out and fix Sean's mistakes, then you should definitely hire Sean. I wish him well, and hope he corrects whatever problems he has that make him so unresponsive. But even if he becomes more responsive and efficient, I don't think I'd ever let him work on a gas issue. Two stars because he is a nice guy, but hiring him has been incredibly costly for me.

1 Star -- Extremely Disappointing Experience…read more I was instructed by my insurance company to get three plumbing bids, so I contacted this company for an estimate. The plumber came to my home and spent approximately 20 minutes inside. He told me his bidding app was not working and said he would go back to the office and email the estimate to me. I took him at his word. The next day, when I called because I still had not received the bid, I was told that he "didn't even want to come in the house because there were too many plumbers." That statement is simply not consistent with what happened. There were NO other plumbers at my house when he arrived. He came inside, spent about 20 minutes here, and specifically told me he would send the estimate after returning to the office. If the company did not want the job or did not intend to provide a bid, they should have simply said so. Instead, I was given one explanation in person and a completely different explanation the next day. I find this kind of communication unprofessional, misleading, and a waste of my time. I was only trying to follow my insurance company's instructions and obtain the required three bids. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company. A professional company should be able to communicate honestly and stand behind what its employees tell customers.

They came out the next day and offered to replace the broken expansion tank, or replace the whole water heater. I asked for his opinion and he said since our heater was 10 years old, he would opt for a complete replacement. We got a good deal and he was able to replace the tank the same day!
