Benji finished outside with the unit and still took the time to do a walkthrough of the house and pointed out the filters and switched them for me. THANK YOU BENJI!

DO NOT RECOMMEND! I was a loyal, fully paying customer of…read moreGreen Leaf for over a year and a half, and my experience was defined by poor workmanship, broken promises, and a management team that ultimately let my warranty expire rather than help me use it. My issues started in April 2024 with a faulty tankless water heater installation, one of their own technicians later told me the crew had failed to install all required parts. That crew was subsequently laid off. Water was dripping from the exterior pipe and pushing into the attic. After significant back-and-forth, the symptoms were addressed, but the root installation failures were never formally resolved. During my Fall 2025 HVAC tune-up, a technician identified that the supply plenum from my original 2021 HVAC installation was undersized and improperly installed, something never flagged in any prior Green Leaf service visit. I followed up by email requesting next steps and never received a response. A year later, they were quoting me over $4,000 to fix an installation error that their own team had been servicing around for years without disclosing. The most serious issue involved my HVAC coil. In Spring 2026, my refrigerant was found to be low. Rather than immediately discussing a potential warranty claim on the coil, which would have been the right call, Green Leaf charged me for a refrigerant refill and pushed a $300 diagnostic fee. After weeks of back-and-forth, a UV dye test confirmed a visible leak at the top of the indoor coil. By then, Green Leaf had already terminated the business relationship and refused further service. At no point did anyone at Green Leaf ever mention that a coil replacement might be covered under warranty. They collected their charges, ran the clock out with delayed diagnostics, and walked away once the leak was confirmed. The one genuine bright spot was former Office Manager Michelle Lewis, who was consistently professional and communicative. The contrast between her service and what I experienced from General Manager Thos Graham, who shifted terms between emails and ended the relationship when I asked reasonable clarifying questions, was significant. I paid every invoice in full, renewed my membership, and gave Green Leaf every opportunity to make things right. What I got in return was a company that prioritized its billing over my best interests. Find a different HVAC and plumbing company!

I started their Gold service club membership last year in May 2025. They were fine, came out in a…read moretimely manner and did HVAC system tune-up to ensure everything was running properly. HVAC services was recommended by my builder when I bought my house, and I typically change my filters and flush my primary drain myself too. When it came time for my 2nd service before winter, they reached out to remind me, and then invoiced me in Nov when I scheduled my 2nd service; now I'm paid out for 2026 for my annual Gold service membership. Come spring time, I lost track, called them in Mar to inquire about my next service, And they stated it was too soon. I never got an additional reminder, and realized this around June. Called them and soonest appt was 8/3 between 8a-12p; asked to be moved up sooner if something opens up bc I'm due to service in Jun. Received a text on 8/2 to confirm the appt for 8/3. Done. Here's 8/3, 11:53am, I text them to check status of my service tech bc no communication has been received. They responded that no tech had been assigned to me, and asked if I wanted to reschedule. I called them to discuss, got transferred to dispatch, and she tells me they're sorry, but they're short-staffed on techs and overbooked and asked again if I wanted to reschedule. I explained that, no I did not. I had been billed for 2026 only 6 months after my 1st invoice, and have yet to have any service appts in '26 due to lack of appts. I booked this 2 mths out, and confirmed it, so for them to ask me to reschedule is unacceptable. Especially since no communication was ever attempted except for my calls/texts to them. Dispatch said she'd keep me on the schedule, and a tech will call me 30 mins before they arrive. Come 3pm, still nothing. I texted, no response and around 4:10p, I decided to call. Same scenario, initial answer, explained my situation, then transferred to dispatch again. Dispatch tells me tech will call me 30 mins before arriving. I inquired how long do their appts go til and she states 6 or 7pm. I asked for timeline, bc at this point I've waited all day, but she couldn't provide one. I asked for a refund on my annual membership, cancel my service appt, and she said she'd put a request in. I asked how long will the refund take but she doesn't know. I asked for a mgr or supervisor to call me back bc I'm extremely disappointed in the service and want to ensure I get my refund. We'll see if this happens, bc some other reviews I read said they run you around and mgmt never reaches back out. If I don't get my refund, BBB will most likely get a report from me. Absolutely avoid, over promises, and doesn't deliver.
