She got it open quick, left no damage at all. We got what we needed out of my car but I didn't have my key and no way to turn off the alarm. She assisted us in disconnecting the battery when she noticed we were having issues. Then when we needed more help, she popped my door open again!! she was so quick and efficient with it, so kind, so knowledgeable, and clearly cares a lot about her costumers. Unlike most men when they come out to help, she did not mansplain anything. She quickly and efficiently explained what she was doing and just did It. Deckelman's has been in business for many years, their shop was there when I went to Lubbock High in the 960s. My most recent experience was in January 2026 to have a automobil fob programmed and the corresponding key cut. As always, Jimmy provided superb service and price was very competitive. I doubt there's a more competent locksmith in Lubbock. I will continue to use their services when I need them because I believe they are best in Lubbock.
