The reason why we stay is because of our amazing on-site staff with excellent customer service skills plus very nice lots, our lot has a metal roof awning. The amenities are wonderful too. On-site there is propane service, pool/hot tub, laundry facilities, guest facilities, package distribution, mail distribution, copying service and landscaping. The park is conveniently located near Tyler Regional Airport. My favorite features of the park is they allow pets. We love our dog Nova, she is part of our family life. If you are into star gazing, I was able to sit on my patio to watch the most recent meteorite shower which was the Perseid meteor shower. If you are wondering about cellular service, we have great cell phone service and the park provides wifi service making movie nights wonderful or chatting up with friends and family. If you like trivia nights, Dr. Frankenstein is a family oriented venue. Above it all, you can count on families helping families. A gem that is a treasure.

The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always available to help with anything you need. I especially loved the added touches like the dog park, laundry facilities, and the privacy fences between spots. It really feels like a little community, and it's just minutes from Cedar Creek Lake, which is a huge bonus for fishing or relaxing by the water. We were looking for an RV park to call home during our trips to Tyler visiting our daughter. We…read moredecided to try Tyler Oaks. What a blessing. Communications with LaQuita and staff in the office to set up our first 2-month stay were great. They were so kind and helpful throughout our October and November stay. The assigned spot, 97, was large and drained well when raining, with ample room for both our big 5th wheel and dually truck. The park is quiet, well kept, and friendly. The voltage at our site was strong and stayed in the safe zone even during warmer days. We were so happy to see our Verizon signal was 5 bars of 5G for streaming. LaQuita suggested a great mobile RV repair guy to use when we had a couple needed repairs. There is a Camping World only a few hundred yards down the highway. The stay all went smooth. When it came time to leave, we rented one of the secured, covered and powered (to keep batteries charged) storage slots next door and backed our 5ver in it, protected till we come back again. This is a comfortable retreat center I like to call my second home. The food is terrific! Many dishes are made straight from their garden. Judy thought of everything when designing her retreat center. Each room has 4 twin beds, a personal fan, light and alarm clock. Each guests has 2 four foot tables with comfortable chairs and electrical outlets to spread out their crafting supplies. People bring supplies for quilting or scrapbooking or whatever hobby they are working with. I take a group at least once a year and we can't wait to return! It's worth every penny. She stays booked all year so if your interested in going you might have to join another group. It's located between canton and Athens. If u go to Athens visit The Needle Niche for unique quilting fabric and great ideas and samples. If u go during first Monday visit canton.
