All of the people I spoke to were friendly, good listeners, and asked lots of questions, not only about my health, but also just about me. They made sure to ask if I had appointments lined up for the other annual visits I'm supposed to make. The doctor was very friendly and let me know that if I ever need an appointment and a time isn't listed on Zocdoc, I can just call and they can fit me in. This practice seems to really care about their patients. I came back in the morning after fasting to give blood and urine samples for my checkup, and everyone was kind and reassuring despite my needle-phobia. Definitely recommend this place!

I have made a career working with physician practices and seven years as a patient of NTPHP. I will give a detailed overview and opinion of why concierge medicine may not be for you. I grew up in an era where "your word was your bond" and your handshake was your seal. Be sure when discussing the advantages of a concierge medicine that the verbal commitments (sales pitch) align with the legal contract.
