Short Story: THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS…read more They STOLE $4000 from us, knowing what they installed was not going to work and then pretended to try to fix the issue until they finally just ghosted us and blocked my number. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY Long Story: We asked for a Clearview cover for our backyard pergola to be able to use the patio/keep our dog dry when it rains. "No problem!!" they said. We were ADAMANTLY assured that it would be effective despite our concern there was little to no slope on the existing structure. The owner and his son both assured "There may be one to two drips here and there, but nothing we can't caulk to keep this patio dry" --Wonderful! Take my $4000! The first big rain came and there were indeed a few drips. I called and thankfully, they came and caulked the areas like they said they would. Unfortunately it never got better. Even with the smallest shower, our patio was completely soaked, along with my dog. My husband went up to see if there was something he could do and his words were "it looks like a kindergartner was let loose up there". I called after every big rain, begging for them to help us. They would claim to come as soon as it was dry for several days, yet no call back, no follow up, no answers, no nothing. In fact, I called again after having given up for a year (I had had a baby and our dog died) no one ever answered after several attempts. HOWEVER, I called on my husband's phone and they picked up almost immediately. They took $4000 from us, KNOWING that this cover wasn't going to work and then pretended to try and fix the issue until they blocked my number. This is THIEVERY and I will make sure that no one is stolen from them like this again!!! I have given them ample opportunities to fix the issue with no solution in sight. I was just going to give up until I saw an ad that they were still installing these.

Mike communicated with me frequently and was readily available when I had questions. Top notch in customer service, quality, and pricing for a fantastic patio cover installation. It turned out exactly the way I wanted. I had the patio pad extended by 4 feet and wanted a seamless look from the roof to the cover. Must haves were ceiling fans, lights and an additional outlet installed. RezComm did a great job, thanks guys!

DELAYS, FALSE REPRENSENTATIONON, AND POOR COMMUNICATION!!!! NOT RECOMMENDATED!!! In July 2025, we…read moreadvertised a construction job on Yelp to enclose our existing back porch with two walls of windows from floor to ceiling and an eight' sliding glass door. In essence, we wanted it to turn it into a modern-looking sunroom. They were confident they could build it, so we contracted with them to do it as soon as we had HOA approval and obtained a city building permit. They required 50% payment upfront so they could special-order the custom windows and door. After we obtained HOA approval, Mike Davis came to our house and said they can't build it per the contract drawing and tried to persuade us to accept something that had almost as much solid walls as windows, no transom windows, and no more floor to ceiling windows, but with material you could buy from almost any home improvement store. His reasoning was the transom windows would not fit even though he put them on the contract diagram we had all approved. Also, the proposed windows would be narrower and would not be floor to ceiling saying the city building code wouldn't allow it. He also said they could not get the color window frames we wanted, and the frames would be vinyl instead of aluminum as promised. Most of his excuses were found to be incorrect. It was not what we contracted for them to do. This upset us very much and we told his business partner this was probably breach of contract and we wanted our money back so we could hire a different contractor. After we rejected his cheap imitation of what we wanted, we found out his business applied for a building permit with his new drawing, not the contract drawing, and not what the HOA had approved and without our approval. Afterwards, and months of negotiations, they hired a SUBcontractor to do the job. A design with floor to ceiling windows with a large eight' sliding glass door. After many delays, in mid November 2025, the subcontractor installed the sliding glass door and windows. Everything was acceptable except for the screen doors that didn't fit well and had a hole rubbed in the screen. The SUBcontractor said he would have the manufacturer replace the screen doors and would return and install them within 2 weeks. Razcomm was paid in full the following day. In the meantime, it rained and water flooded into the house under the window frame. This was reported to Jason, the business partner, to relay to the subcontractor to fix. The subcontractor never returned to do anything. According to Jason, the subcontractor would not respond to his texts. Finally, after months of requesting every other week for someone to fix the leak and the screens, Mike came and put caulk under the frame to stop it from leaking. He said he would fix the hole in the screen but never returned. He and Jason were blaming everything on subcontractor, but our contract is with Razcomm--not the subcontractor. As of today, their website on google could not be reached and neither Mike nor his business partner answer texts or email from us.

Update: After posting my initial review, the company said they would reach out to resolve the…read moreissues described below, but no resolution occurred. Instead, I was contacted about the impact of my review on their rating. When I followed up via text and email asking how the workmanship issues could be addressed, I did not receive further responses. I hired this company to build a concrete patio and walkway. Based on my experience, the work was not done in a way I was satisfied with, and I regret this decision. Within about a month of completion, I began seeing cracks in the concrete, and it has not yet been three months since the patio was built. Before the project began, I informed them that I had an in-ground sprinkler system and asked whether lines would need to be rerouted or removed. I was told they would cap the lines and ensure no water flowed beneath the concrete. After the pour, I observed that active sprinkler pipes remained under the slab, with valve boxes left embedded in the concrete that I cannot access. This meant I had no way to shut off water beneath the concrete. Based on my understanding and subsequent consultations, I was concerned that leaving pressurized water lines under the slab could lead to soil washout, settling, cracking, and difficult repairs requiring the concrete to be broken. I ultimately hired an irrigation company to shut off the water supply under the concrete and install drainage piping so rainwater could flow away from the slab. I also experienced drainage and grading issues. After rain, water puddles on the concrete and accumulates around it. Professionals I consulted advised that correcting the slope properly may require removing and re-pouring the slab. So, I hired some other people to fix that as well. Aesthetically, the results were also disappointing. I was told the new concrete would match the existing concrete, but it does not. The old slab was left in place, creating a visible and permanent mismatch, and the height between the old and new concrete near my AC unit was not aligned. Overall, based on my personal experience, important details were missed that I believe should have been addressed before any concrete was poured. I would not choose this company again.
