A month after the surgery we consulted the Dr and he noticed the difference and blamed it on her body and wanted another $9 or 10 thousand to fix it!!! That is just not right! I will say that his bedside manner is very good but his skills are terrible. We consulted another Dr and confirmed the breast are not even and should have been fixed at no charge. We paid lots of money ($17K) for this surgery and my wife should not feel this way. My nose looks worse than it did before, which is unacceptable given the purpose of the procedure. What makes the situation even more frustrating is the complete lack of accountability. I've tried multiple times to address these issues, and his office still requires a consultation fee just to be seen--despite the fact that these problems are a direct result of his work. Her offices are lovely. Today I had my first medical grade facial with Sylvia. It was the BEST I've ever had in years of facials in various offices. She cleared my skin, and applied a luscious selection of creams & lotions. Then she gave me a neck & shoulder massage and a hand massage while I rested to the sound of birds and surf breaking on the beach. Super relaxing, not rushed and it looks great! The only negative is the appointment availability, if I have something wrong with me my appointments are always next day or within a week. However, if I call to get a physical wellness exam my appointment gets pushed out 4-6 months. It makes me sad because I like to keep tabs on my health every year but having to book so far in advance seems a bit extreme especially since my schedule or circumstances may change during the window that I am waiting. I don't have any chronic illnesses or huge health concerns but diabetes, cancer and high blood pressure run in my family and I would rather be proactive now that I do not have issues in hopes that my preventative measures will allow me to catch an illness earlier rather than later. I do hope they start allowing more flexibility for physical exam appointments. It would be nice if there was a balance of sick visits and physical exam visits available. Also, the front desk staff really needs to work on being more friendly.. I feel that they are always less than eager to help and when you call treat you as if you are a nuisance.
