I had zero breathing problems before surgery, and now I struggle to breathe through my nose daily and have constant mucus discharge. This has negatively impacted my quality of life in a way I never anticipated. On top of that, the aesthetic result is extremely disappointing. My nose looks worse than it did before, which is unacceptable given the purpose of the procedure. What makes the situation even more frustrating is the complete lack of accountability. I've tried multiple times to address these issues, and his office still requires a consultation fee just to be seen--despite the fact that these problems are a direct result of his work. She tries hard to avoid bruising and the site looks great after any swelling goes away quickly. No bumps or lumps visible from the filler. No droopy eyelids or brows from the Botox either. I've been to many medical offices for these procedures, including another well-known Dr in town but I'm sticking with Dr Fearmonti now. Her staff are all extremely friendly & helpful, too. Her offices are lovely. Today I had my first medical grade facial with Sylvia. It was the BEST I've ever had in years of facials in various offices. She cleared my skin, and applied a luscious selection of creams & lotions. Then she gave me a neck & shoulder massage and a hand massage while I rested to the sound of birds and surf breaking on the beach. Super relaxing, not rushed and it looks great! And the cost was very fair. I plan to return regularly, so I enrolled in their membership plan (Tier 2) which will save me money. 9/28/23: So, I just received a bill from the office dated after I wrote review. On 12/27/22, I had…read morean appointment with the office to discuss my concerns with my nose. At the end of my appointment, I told the staff I received a bill stating I owed a balance. Tje female staff brought it up to Dr. Garza's attention. He told her to write off the balance. So, I was thankful. I did ask for this write off in writing for my records. I was told that their billing department would send me this. Well, months go by. I call the office again in May 2022 asking for the invoice stating this balance was written off. I was given somewhat of an attitude by the female that answered the phone. I was told that there no number I can call to request this from their billing department. To date, I never received this invoice stating my balance was written off. This is why I was hesitant to write this review. I feared that I would be retaliated against for writing my experience. Plus, the balance has now doubled. All these months went by without getting a bill, and now after I wrote this review, a bill shows up to my house stating I have a past due balance. It's disappointing.
