They were not the lowest quote, but they were worth every cent! The truck was carefully packed, all the furniture was wrapped, and we had NO damage! Have to agree with the other negative reviews. I think this company should just offer hardscapes…read moreonly, no plantings. I tried to zeriscape my front yard. They dumped a bunch of rock in, then cut 28 plantings holes in it to install some ground cover. Two weeks later they still had not shown up to plant the creeping thyme; three weeks later they said sorry, we couldn't get the plants; then they just stopped responding to emails or calls. Did not even offer to come back and re-cover the ugly holes, I had to do that myself. Three years later the yard is a butchered mess and I am going to have to hire somebody else to try and fix it. Horrible, expensive experience.

I called to follow up and was told I would get a call back, but that never happened. I called again asking for the name of the existing shrubs, and was told they couldn't access the information at that time but would call me back. After a third call a few days later, I was finally given the shrub names and told I was "in the system" and should expect a follow-up. Unfortunately, I never received the estimate or any follow-up communication. It's disappointing to have someone come to your home, seem helpful in person, and then completely drop off with no follow-through. This situation also set me back on my spring landscaping plans. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
