Very pleasant experience. I hired Texas Premium Inspectors to inspect my new home purchase in Conroe Texas. Kelley Oldenkamp was very thorough and found several items that needed fixed prior to me finalizing my purchase. TEXAS PREMIUM INSPECTIONS performed a complete NEW HOME inspection on a townhouse I am having built. Mr. Kelly Oldenkamp was my Inspector. Upon meeting Kelly for the first time, he was very personable, had a smile on his face and was easy to talk to. I was very comfortable around Kelly and did not feel rushed. He didn't mind me asking questions (and I asked him a lot). He was very professional and very thorough inspecting my home. Some of the items on his final report (that he spent well over an hour going over with me...good, bad or otherwise) I didn't expect was his responsibility to cover; however, he was perfectly happy to because I believe he felt it was important. Also, he explained things I didn't understand, all with a smile on his face! Finally, Kelly provided me with a free book about home care and important yearly maintenance tips that all homeowners should know about and do to keep their home in top condition for years to come. Awesome experience! I didn't know what to expect from a home inspection when we bought our first home, but Kelly was super nice and friendly and explained everything on our report. He actually did 2 different inspections for us. He kept us from buying a bad house that had a loose wall that was totally not noticable to us. We used them again for the house we ended up getting and even got a discount from the sellers from a couple issues that Kelly found. Thank you!! read more
